Battlefield 1 - Speed Comparison

Another useless video on Battlefield 1 going on the inspiration of those speed comparison videos. I thought this was going to be easy to make... it wasn't. :(
All numbers were based on simple distance over time calculations, as well as any in game stats. Some speeds, like the fast cars, were hard to calculate because of the lack of large flat surfaces to get up to speed. The armored car and planes had the same speeds no matter what type of manufacturer. So I just put the generic name given to them in the game. As usual, these speeds do not reflect real life, and this video ain't professional in any way.

@@Lord_Cummusbut he showed the morter truck, they aren’t suppose to push objectives That’s like complaining that snipers camp in the back like cmon snipers wtf are you doing you’re suppose to rush objectives and take out every enemy on the flag with your one shot rifle

@@boostedrival5505the mortar truck is just not a great pick when the mortar landship is a thing. Yes, it shoots less frequently, but also has 2 more cannons, 2 MGs and way better survivability.

It's interesting that scout cars and motorcycles have different speeds depending on the faction, but all the armored cars have the same speed.

Placebo is strong. Its smaller and treads are shorter so they go around faster. It also accelerates faster and is more nimble overall.

Can you kill a horse with a syringe? Can you kill a horse with the repair tool? Do you know you can blow up mines with the repair tool. Have you looked into smoke grenade kills?

Does the attack plane speed boost and the fighter plane speed boost provide the same speed?

The AP plane speed boost is actually around 58 m/s, so faster than a FP but slower than the FP speed boost. I wanted to just focus on the FP speed boost at the end. Planes were super hard to set up and record.

There was no difference in run speed, that's more of a COD thing.
Y'know you think they'd make the M30 the faster car since it's completely exposed.
