I've had that happen to me, it blows my mind that glitches like that are still in the game. A shooter game with a glitch that makes none of your bullets register... Wow dice, nice...

Can I toggle minimap zoom on controller too? He does it in game without going to settings lol

Yes there is an option in settings that change the zoom of the mini map on 3 levels And you also have to change it when you are using vehicle or planes you have to change them in their button configs

Maybe he's using some kind of assist device with recoil control. Which is very disgusting. But who knows, maybe he's very good at controlling recoil, if he is, good for him. If he's just using something like a Cronus, well, then he's a rat.
