She was so ahead of her time with these palettes. Melody is the only palette I‘ve ever bought backup of. She was in Ulta in the USA for awhile but with a limited selection, perhaps the timing wasn’t right. I wonder if she was the inspiration for Natasha Denona. I’ve been checking her site and will definitely be getting a few things to support the brand but I’m seeing safer colour stories now. The all cool toned matte palette with the black case is one of my most prized in my vast collection. Sorry for the novel.🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah I still keep tabs on them as well and they are still available in stores in Germany, so I always check them out when I get the chance.

The Melody palette is my most used palette in my collection and the only one I had a backup of for ages (it's true that I first got the palette and then I purchased the whole collection because it was absolutely beautiful) I feel it's just me in a palette, concept and all. They should! And they should do better color stories again. Just because they are now vegan and more mindful doesn't mean they need to do boring color stories.

Hi Maaike the smoky eye quad may look grey in pictures, but in person it’s khaki tones (a similar undertone to the neutrals in the ND retro glam palette). I was expecting greys when I ordered it, but it’s not grey at all - still nice, but less useful for me (I bought mine on heavy discount). The that’s taupe is still a palette that I use and really enjoy. I do own the caramel melange (also bought on discount this time from TKMaxx), but I don’t use it very often. The quads are a really good formula, but they are overall very warm toned (even the grey isn’t grey). I paid around £11 for it and I like it for the money, but I think the picture and description are misleading. It is a companion palette for me as it isn’t really light enough as is, although the shadow quality can’t be denied. My favourite is still the that’s taupe and it’s one of the first larger palettes I ever bought. Best wishes x

I had few zoeva palletes,decluttered some,but my hg is still nude spectrum,it is probably 5 years old ,but still performs👌. And i have together we grow eyeshadow pallete also,shimmers are similar to ABH's in my opinion. Love my zoeva face palletes also. Hello from Croatia 😊

@@FloatinginDreams I love neutrals so it is my holy grale. Every shade is pigmented, blendable and they stay on the lids all day.😊

I remember when they were popular, and we had them here in the US at Ulta for a while. I always wanted the set of cocoa-themed ones. And the brushes were talked about a lot. I heard they went vegan, and the beauty space changed so much that I didn't hear much about them anymore. It's a shame. The same thing happened with Lorac. I came into the online makeup scene right as Lorac started to be talked about less. I did buy one of the new palettes they came out with, the Noir. I always drool over the En Taupe when you pull it out, but I know all the mattes won't suit me. I wish Zoeva would make a comeback .

They are still very much around but are def focusing more so on the European market. But their official website still ships to the US.

Do you think the Zoeva quads are as good in quality as the Viseart quads? TIA. ❤ Zoeva is more expensive than Viseart for the quads in Australia.

I think they are similar, but the color stories of Viseart quads are more interesting for sure. But if you like the look of the Zoeva it is def a solid pick. With the Viseart quads Iike the formula but always struggle doing a stand alone look.

Hi, I love your reviews but this is a little off topic, have you tried any of the Cosmic Brushes UK eyeshadow palettes, and if so, can you tell me where they are made? I love the look of the new Nudetrals palette. The website does not give any details , so I suspect that it's made in China/PRC. Thanks

I have tried them but I am not sure. The way the palettes are made tells me is PRC, but so are many indie brands nowadays. Indie doesn't mean homemade, it just means independently owned.
