I'm curios if she is using the correct soldering technique when attaching the laser diode to the lens? she heated the solder and not the wire. Applied hot solder to a cold wire lead.

Yeah!! She's doing it the right way, it's better that way. I know this bc i worked with her in the same company & that's the way they told her how to do it. I worked in a different part of the plant with different parts. 👍🤫😂😂
1st!! Am hooked to these series. Very nice!
I never understood why they order an F-550 with a cab, if they're just going to strip it down anyways, you can order a chassis cab-less.

Probably cheaper to have a running driving cab including all the electronics/computers/wiring harnesses than to order that stuff separately.

They reuse the dash, gauges, steering column, probably HVAC, etc.

39:52 ''Each part must fit precisely, to within a mm's tolerance...'' ROFL! That's not precisely!
Out of date !
NOT AN $80K HELI!! IF THEY ARE CHARGHING THAT THEN WE NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE WASTING TAX MONEY LOL

Every nut and bolt needs to be able to traced back to the mine where they got the metal from. That creates expensive parts.
In reference to the armored car, the emergency light bar indicates that this vehicle is being made for law enforcement rather than for the military (except for military law enforcement). It's a sad comment about society when 'police cars' need to be bullet-proof.
For, $200 , we built it! Bidden lying
