I've been building out a belt so this is very helpful, and I need one of those light retaining holsters. If I lived in Colorado I would 100% be taking classes with Triple J. The fact that a knife on a belt is controversial blows my mind. People say "it can be taken from you". Guess what, if you let someone that close to you they could also take your gun so should we not carry a gun ? People need to worry about themselves and not talk shit about what others carry. Finally someone else who runs surefire holster just for using a suppresser

That’s the best one I’ve seen so far. I want one. I do wanna add a Blackhawk L2c holster kit on it that’s what I run with and it’s the only that makes for an Springfield XD.

Malice clips have been solid on my KYWIs. 👍

I also run a Safariland mid-ride with a QLS system. I also run it as high as it will go.

funny, im using a tool belt as a battle belt, only difference is its cheaper and i dont have the quick release function that most battle belt/duty belts have. I do have to purchase separate pouches and accessories but it really is worth it and as a first belt really a step up from just using a normal belt with a holster on it.

Good setup and I love the versatility and features of the holster. Interested as to why you are running the IFAK upside down? Usually run with the opening down so you can rip the cord and drop the contents on the floor for fast access (wrapped Israeli bandages and chest seals don’t mind being dropped!)

I guess the idea here is that you wont accidently loose something on the move or you may be less likely to loose something. Cause its true this stuff can drop and be tossed around a bit and it will be fine but if you outright loose it and cant find it then it really does you no good and thats if you have the ability to go back and grab it. Also the speed in which you would need to deploy these medical kits ran either way is pretty quick. It really comes down to practicing with it however you are going to run it.

How did you attach your Knife to your belt?! For the love of god I have been looking for this forever! lol

ya i at first thought all that was kinda lame. then i not gonna lie just got lazy didnt want to carry my mags going shooting. after doing that awhile i realized that i have been doing myself a disservice because a belt is just amazing. i got belt and plate carrier only thing now i just feel like a loser wearing all the gear cause im just some nerd not some cool army dude or whatever i just dont wann carry my shit and wann protect myself you know.

This is a belt set up for someone who spends a lot of time at the range, but not much time actually shooting

So im learning the only way to afford all this gear, like night vision, plate carrier, battle belts, u need to start a youtube channel, and get these companies to send it to you for free.
