Video is great, I would recommend for visual people like myself, please include a picture of what you are talking about. Red cable to solenoid from i'm assuming red post on car battery(i'm assuming). You said if the solenoid clicks then it's bad? Please let me know and thank you very much!!

Red to red.If it just clicks it more than likely not being the relay that it should be. Sorry I don't have a pic of the cables.

Called a "Latching Relay". Not expensive for what it does. I carry 2 spares I bought from Amazon for about $38. each. Yea, I carry a lot of spares and the tools to keep my 32 year old Class A.

I cannot find that solenoid at the front anywhere near my battery so I'm very confused

Different motorhomes have different locations. Check with the manufacturer and get a schematic. Sorry!

They actually hid it in a panel box I finally found it I traced it back it was the only place I didn't look

Man I have problems my alternator I change old broken after put new alternator working for 60 miles stop work I change twice my alternator
