You can connect the tap down to where the chickens are... its easyer for the workers.

The 4 tier maybe too high for your structure . The water tank is too close to the roof. What happens is the water becomes too hot easily and on a very hot day on the farm it could cause mortality. Ideally, the roof has to be a couple feet clear of the water Tank.

How do layer chicks of 8weeks drink their water when transfered from a simple brooder house to the cage systems

I think transferring them from their open environment to the cage system would shock stress the birds that it would affect their egg production. The cage works better when the birds grow with it.

I am curious, would it be better to provide both free range and caged bird eggs so the consumer can have the freedom to choose. That is what they do in the west.

You have placed the manure trays wrongly. You need to place 2 trays by each other, instead of the 1 tray approach. Their droppings will enter the feed troughs

Cage birds? Cage eggs 🥚 too much stress on the birds that pass to humans.

Hmm I am honest I am not into poultry farming at all but this cage system hmmm doesn't somehow look and feel right to me. I somehow feel sorry for the birds. Are they going to stay in the hole time? Like I prefer the free system better! I swear this will even be a reason why I wouldn't go into poultry farming no matter how profitable it is. I am too sensitive 🤣🤣🤣 When I buy eggs I always see to buy free living birds eggs and I pay extra for it. It's worth to me

this is wrong, first, you raised those birds the be free, they are accustom to being able to walk around and scratch and be free now you suddenly take away that freedom from them, believe me, they may look okay right now but you will start seeing them becoming depressed, and their eggs productivity will go down, they may adapt later on to this system but I think it's cruel, why give them freedom if you were going to take that freedom away from them in the first place.
