mine too..the amount of fear he created in this scene was so palpable..people were shook that he broke bruce...the fact is its foreshadowed by alfred....he tells him batman is only making things worse and hes not ready

Tom Hardy.

I saw this scene coming even before the movie started knowing Batman's whole comic book story line, Bane being "The Man that broke the Bat" but watching this still made had me tear-up. Tom Hardy is not "comic book accurate" but he owned the character with his incredible acting skills as well as Christian Bale's portrayal as The Best Batman/ Bruce Wayne Ever.

I like this Bane more than any other version. The Joker is a tough act to follow (especially THAT Joker) but damn if they didn't pull off a villain that was almost as captivating. Close enough that he doesn't pale by comparison at all..

@@davidsavage5630 Exactly. Sequels to a legendary movie tend to flop due to high expectations of the audience, but what an insane movie this was. There was so much pressure on Tom Hardy to live up to the expectations and the huge void Heath Ledger left behind, and he lived up to it. Bane is so intimidating, I was genuinely scared of him when he killed of that mercenary and told his partner "Search him, then I will kill you". Even Thanos didn't scare me as much. This movie was amazing.

Here in my country El Salvador they did it with Inception a year ago I think it was to calm down the hype that came with Tenet and to screen something after quarantine. It was at least 4 weeks on theater:')

That's the shot from the teaser trailer. That was a good trailer. That one little glimpse of Bane just ruthlessly advancing on an exhausted Batman. Goosebumps, man!

Such an epic fight! What makes it even better there is no music playing in the background. Makes it that much more impactful.

Batman was crazy being outta the game for 8 years and thinking he could take out bane....would have loved to see batfleck vs bane
