She absolutely can. People mistake her acting abilities with her range as a performer. She’s a fantastic actress. It’s just her range that it limited. She will always be playing a version of herself, more or less. Plenty of other actors with little to no range have made wildly successful careers for themselves. She’s doing just fine.

I can't see it happening. I don't want it to. How can a relationship between a street tier vigilante with no powers work with an amazon goddess? She would break his back in bed, and it was completely out of character for Wonder Woman in the show. She acted like a slutty teenager. She is supposed to be a strong and independent woman. I don't want her to be with Batman. However, I don't see anything great coming out of the Superman x Wonder Woman pairing in the DC Extended Universe. I just want Bruce and Diana to be close friends.

You do know that Wonder Woman has been linked to Steve Trevor (a mortal man) for decades now? Just because Batman doesn't have powers doesn't mean he's anything below a top tier hero in the DC verse. Justin Reid Batman is only human. Just because the media manipulated him to be unstoppable and be able defeat heroes and villains such as Darksied and the most illogical option, the ENTIRE Justice League, doesn't mean he really CAN outsmart those around him. The Flash and Cyborg are just as smart as him, maybe even smarter. If Superman was to ever go rogue, Batman himself admitted he wouldn't be able to do anything about it! In Batman/Superman Volume 2, Wonder Woman defeated Batman in battle by stabbing him with her sword! How could Batman even defeat Green Lantern or Doctor Fate!?!? For Doctor Fate, he would need to get the Helmet of Fate of Kent Nelson which would be completely impossible and last time I checked, modern Green Lanterns are no longer weakened towards just the colour yellow. It is only fear, itself. Meaning, Batman would have to use fear toxin to fight Green Lantern, and since he is just TOO much of a good guy, he refuses to use it against anyone. Batman can not defeat the entire Justice League. I don't care what comic you got that information from. It must've taken a nod at the whole, "Batman always wins because he's Batman," thing. Batman can't defeat all the Justice League members alone, and he wouldn't last a second against the Justice League.

Except in multiple comics he has beaten the Justice League. He might be only human but he his basically an example of what it means to be at the very peak of what humanity has to offer. Yes other members of the Justice League are very smart, even as smart as Batman but Batman's edge has always been his obsessiveness with planning for every obstacle. He beats the Justice League because he exploits there weaknesses not because he's better than them. Saying that the media has manipulated him to beat Supervillans makes absolutely no sense. He's a comic book character just like Superman, Green Lantern, Flash etc. Therefore he is subject to the limitations that comic book writers place on him like other characters. Batman never goes toe to toe with powerhouses like Darkseid or Doomsday because he knows his limits. If it comes down to Batman beating these guys then its because he outsmarts them not because he uses powers. Also Batman's main rogues gallery has long since been street level thugs. Joker has on multiple times been shown to be a threat not to just Batman but also the entire world (Injustice anyone?), Scarecrow is an incredibly intelligent chemical weapons expert who has committed a number of mass terrorist attacks, others run thriving multimillion dollar criminal enterprises.. If any of these characters were real people then they would pose a significant threat to national security and probably require multiple government agencies full resources. I don't know why people complain when Batman beats guys on Supes level when Supes main enemy is Lex Luthor who Batman has consistently shown to be an intellectual equal as well as a better tactician. If you don't like Batman then thats fine, but don't pretend all of his most impressive feats are due to bad writing. You're judging a medium where sunlight gives a guy the ability to defy gravity, lift 200 quintillion tonnes, sneeze solar systems out of existence and fly fast enough to go back in time... Is a super intelligent, ultra paranoid, billionaire crime fighter really so far out of left field?

nick In one of the comics I read Diana tries to fight Batman but he seems to have the upper hand but then Dian throws an explosive at some other guy (probably green flash I don't remember) anf batman jumps and saves him and Diana uses this to knock him out.

riku1neo tbh, despite Ben being the best looking Bruce Wayne, I still feel Christian Bale was a better Bruce. As Batman is concerned, Ben is much better in that aspect. But don’t get me wrong, Ben is equally good as Bruce as well. Especially this scene. Moral of the story: don’t judge an actor for a role he/she will be playing until you see their performance.

Such beautiful skin she has. And I love that "babe in the woods" act line, as that's precisely what Wonder Woman's behavior was akin to when she first visited "Man's World" in the comics. A clear foreshadowing to her initial personality that will be displayed in her own solo outing next year...

When I first seen that dress I almost passed out. That dress is a true masterpiece!!! 💛

this is why i think batman & ww pairing works better than ww & superman. i am glad they combined bruce and diana together in movie universe, batfleck and gal gadot have a great chemistry and in movies to come i hope we'll get to see more moments like these, flirting and stuff, maybe even something more.

I like Bruce Wayne's swag in this scene.After all he is a normal human being,he has super confidence and courage to face unaware of the fact that it is Wonder woman.Goosebumps all time.

Gal and Ben have some amazing chemistry together, both on and off screen! You can really sense the sexual tension in this scene. I hope we see more of these two side by side in future movies and I would not mind if they became more than just partners. ;)

Ben is by far my favourite Batman. For me, he just brings Bruce/Batman to life in a way that's real compared to past Batman actors

I wouldn't mind seeing Wonderbat happen. But I'm not gonna pitch a fit if it doesn't; as much as I like the idea, it would definitely get some people ticked off.

These two need to share a lot more screen time together.

She is stunning. She is cold, arrogant and full of confidence. She is very différent from the Wonder woman's naivity or the Justice league's lets save the world . Ben Affleck is great in this. we want more of this!

There’s something really special abt seeing live action Wonder Woman engaging with mortals, reminds me of the animated series. And the camera movements and angles in this scene are incredible😍😭 also love how Bruce has so much hate for Superman but has no idea he’s talking to a metahuman who’s been around for thousands of years

Hopefully the relationship between Bruce and Diana is more fleshed out, I was a big fan of the two in the JLA animated series

Pay attention to the dialogue, speech, tone, body language of these two something to learn and apply in real life. Notice the subtle jabs they take at each other. Strength and firm yet calm, collect, smooth in their demeanor and behaviors. Bruce was confidence, direct, and a gentlemen. He called her a whore indirectly and then made her a general object. However wonder women held her ground, unfaze, assure, yet classy, with no hint of being intimated by a powerful man in bruce(by status in society).she jab back at him by insulting his manhood jabbing at his ego. By walking away and showing her back first she demostrated that she doesnt care who he is. Two confidence, powerful, high value individual going at it.
