Yes! I pointed that out in the video... Can't wait to see his character design, and how they make him challenging as a boss fight (which I presume he's going to be a boss fight, considering he's a physical villain) and how they differentiate him from the normal thugs we get to fight.

Awesome breakdown Tom. A lot of hidden goodies through out this small trailer. If they make the game as long or close to asylum that would be great.

I bet some of the people that was hating on this is gonna regret what they say just because of the other VR Arkham game

Yeah, everyone assuming it's gonna be a similar experience. That was PSVR1, point to point movement, and made quickly with a smaller team.. but I still loved it for what it was... even though it was a glorified tech demo. This game has free movement, fighting, stealth combat, gliding, detective stuff, a much longer story, and made with a bigger team with a lot longer development time, it's also gonna be a much longer game. I have high hopes. Can't wait for this.

vr isnt the same so its probably not gonna make much money or add to the story very much. Its very disappointing to most arkham fans especially bc most of them dont even own a vr which is the price of a new console in itself

@@cool-cat6283 I feel for you guys who aren't into VR and that are ARkham fans... I really hope this game sets up the next AAA Arkham game for everyone to enjoy... but if you're interested in VR this looks like the one to make you jump into it... hopefully it lives up to my expectations...

@@cool-cat6283 Which VR headset do you have? and what have you played? I understand VR isn't the same as flat gaming, i'm still a flat gamer at heart, but vr is mind blowing.. that's why i'm excited for Arkham to be embracing it. I still want Arkham AAA flat after this, but VR is amazing!

ME TOO! I think they might have something similar cause Ryan Payton founder, and Dev at Camoflag stated that we're going to have to block either right/left to counter regular attacks, and then there's different things we have to do for knife counters, shield counters, etc.. so i'm thinking they might implement the cape into combat/countering.. it's already confirmed we can grab our cape and glide, so maybe it's something like grabbing the cape on either right/left side, and then blocking/attacking? Then doing a beat down would be EPIC! My favorite thing to do in Arkham Knight combat wise. Hope it makes it into the game somehow.

Also, I'm reallllllly hoping we can do batclaw clothesline during combat... being able to take out the grapnel gun, shoot an enemy, pull them toward us, and punch/clothesline would be epic in VR.

Ryan also said they're trying to remake every possible mechanic for vr, and there's a lot of time dilation, so there's a good chance you can do the cape stun

waiting for this to comeout so i can get this games suit modded into knight

they can't port it, so all we need is just a clear picture of the full suit so somebody could make it. the devs said they'll post a full picture of the suit soon

I am super excited about this game, but I'm afraid it's gonna sell poorly and get review bombed because people are upset about the state of the franchise. And I can definitely understand that anger, but I wish people would stop hating on this game before its even released just because of it. All the trailers are already being dislike bombed and I think that's a shame.

I feel you.. I think it's gonna get thousands of bad reviews of people who don't even like VR... those that are just angry it's only a VR game, and I don't blame them for being upset, but don't hate on it. I so happen to love VR, but I also really want another AAA flat Arkham game.. I think this game would be getting a lot more positive reactions if we also had an Arkham flat game announced.. I'm hoping this ends setting up the next flat game.. but it's sad if it's gonna get review bombed just cause Arkham fans are mad it's a VR game. It deserves to reviewed as a VR game, and that's it.. not by Arkham flat gamers who are pissed.

@@ReadyPlayerTomVR I also think the Suicide Squad game being so bad has made people angry. If people weren't already mad about that game, I think they would be a lot nicer to Arkham Shadows. Either way, I'm definitely playing Arkham Shadows day one. I wanna show my support for the game asap

Arkham fans are really angry after how Conroy was handled in that.. and just the fact it was a SS game from Rocksteady and not Arkham.. which again I don't blame them.. but yeah, I support Batman Arkham Shadow big time until they give me a reason not to.. so far it's looking epic.. especially for those of us who LOVED Arkham VR but wanted more... those of us who wanted to glide, fight, do silent predator etc in VR... Again I just hope it sets up the next Arkham flat game... if they ARE working on another flat arkham game I think it would be smart to announce it with a teaser right before Arkham Shadow drops just so people aren't so angry, and can appreciate Arkham Shadow for what it is.

i rather have this then batman beyond that's right i said it because the behaveior is like low class behaveior i'm just saying

Batman Beyond needs to happen someday, and if it's flat, or VR i'm gonna love it... but I always Prefer Bruce Wayne Batman personally.

@@carterblake3410 Yeah man, I love Terry Mcginnis, but it's just like a cool other thing for me.. I always rather Batman to be Bruce wether it's in his early years, his prime, or the end of his career.. but Batman Beyond is awesome, and if it ever comes to VR, or flat seeing that futuristic Gotham, and the advanced Batsuit abilities will be insane, and i'll thoroughly enjoy every minute of it... that's if it's good lol.

Thanks! You might be right that a small amount of people were hoping for this... I loved Batman Arkham VR and wanted a more "Arkham" VR experience like supposedly what this game might be giving us... but I get that most fans want another AAA flat game experience... while I want that just as bad, i'm really happy to be getting a dedicated VR experience in the Arkhamverse. I really hope this game sets up the next AAA flat Arkham game...
