OMG FINALLY. IT FELT LIKE NOT A SINGLE FREAKING PERSON WANTED TO GIVE IT A SHOT

Recently got confirmation from the creators themselves that Rat King and Rat Catcher are two different people in the game, the later inspired more by how he acted in the Arkham Knight comics. So I’m curious who Rat King is…hopefully not Joker.

I do wonder if robin will make an appearance or be referenced since it's meant to take place after origins but before asylum.

Dick Grayson should be Robin if we’re even a year or so out from Origins so maybe he could show up? Idk if he’d play a massive role since this seems to be a very personal Batman centric story but it would be cool to see him.

The problem with this analys is that the cinematic WAS NOT made by the studio that makes the game. A lot of thos stuff is probably just easter eggs from fans, and will not be reflected in the first person combat rythm game that this is supposed to be.

for the past week or so I've been trying to find this song remixed/covered or whatever for batman arkham shadow but nothing

i loved suicide squad, and imma love this game. 2 arkhamverse games in 1 year is a deal

nice video, i love the arkham series and since suicide squad i thought it was completely dead (the series, not batman cuz we all know what i mean)

im just surprised this franchise is gonna keep going now that the previous game was so bad it caused a longstanding studio to be vaporized out of existence

I have a Quest 3 and whole it is a bit expensive, it's a system that's way more advanced than the price indicates. Facebook is taking a major loss on each system so the graphics capabilities are way more advanced than anyother VR system that's ever been out in terms of gaming. I've been playing a dungeon crawler game that I wasn't high on at first, but it's become my daily game I look forward to playing everyday over my Xbox series S even. It's definitely worth the buy even outside of this Batman game. 🦇 🐀 🕯️

I wouldnt care if they would had made just another open world console game. We got 4 of those games already and hundreds of similar ones, it’s becoming stale. Vr is the reason im interested in this

The problem isn’t that it’s on vr, it’s that it’s ONLY on vr

I absolutely love the VR part about it, and don't really see how it's possible to develop something for both VR and Flatscreen at the same time, so I can understand why. But what I'm not the biggest fan of is that it's a Meta Quest 3 Exclusive. I have a PC and Quest 2 so I can do PC VR! But I'll have to upgrade to a Quest 3 to play this game even though I have a good enough PC that I could probably run it just fine, and even if I sell my Quest 2 for $200, the expanded storage version of the Quest 3 is $650 so $650-200=$450 which is still a bit much for me, plus after buying the $450 headset for me, I'd assume the game is going to be either at Batman Arkham price at around $20-$30 or $60 like Asgard's Wrath 2, going on the higher end, even though I already have a $200 discount it would still cost me $510. To people who don't have a Quest 2 to sell and want the upgraded storage that would be $710. Yikes. Well, I guess this might sell more Quest 3's and I'm all for more people getting into VR and VR becoming more popular! Plus the Quest 3 is decently powerful. I love my Quest 2, but for a lot of people it just seemed like there wasn't much to do on it, and none of the games standalone are super visually stunning or are simple and easy due to the limitations of the Quest 2 hardware, plus passthrough wasn't super clear and was in all black and white. but with the Quest 3, people might start to see more of the potential behind VR, and I think that's awesome.

@@nowcow6128 Well you dont need the big storage model tbh and apparently they are also releasing a cheaper quest 3s this year which will be essentially a quest 2 with quest 3s SOC. But I get your point. These standalone headsets release pretty quickly (faster than console generations) and its really not ideal to have exclusives on them. For many people its also not just the headset as they also buy a new headstrap, new facial interface, prescription lenses etc. for their headsets to have an even better expierence. I personally would probl just skip the quest 3 in your case. I got the quest 1 in 2019 and skipped the 2 and waited for the 3. You could try to sideload the game to your quest 2 (this actually worked with resident evil 4 vr on quest 1, but you would probl run at 36 fps with ASW if even possible) or you can just wait~3 Years for the quest 4 and replay all quest 3 exclusives like batman then. Nobody is forcing somebody to play those new games right on release, the are not running away. When the first quest came around they still released games on quest and pcvr but apparently almost nobody bought these games on pc so they just stopped, which is kinda understandable. Many pcvr players actually said they „dont want mobile games on pcvr“ at that time, and they got their wishes fullfilled

I love everything but the fact that it’s vr😔
