Well, the man is a psychopath and in his mind Bruce Wayne never had to do anything to get everything, never had to fight for anything. So even if he thought Bruce might be Bats, to Hush the idea was so ludicrous that it wasn't worth even thinking about. Just like how Lex Luthor dismisses the idea of Superman being Bruce Wayne despite his own million dollar supercomputer telling him it was so.

The hologram is actually coming through Batman's eyes and it's invisible in front of everyone. Batman didn't reveal saying his identity, he said "he looks identical to Bruce Wayne" instead of saying "he looks identical to me".

You just find his old Arkham Asylum mask next to a flock of crows on a rooftop as well as a fear gas test subject in a secret passageway under a boat in the Falcone shipping yard who screams when you get near him. Something tells me the Dark Knights tactics may garner a disqualification even in WWE. Pretty sure they don't allow shoving peoples heads into fuse boxes or shooting them in the head with supposedly non lethal tank rounds. I really really hope that wasn't the last time we see him. You can't just build up a character and leave so much unanswered in one game and completely under deliver in the next. They really set him up in arkham city. But that's just me.

Think about it. He fixed up Scarecrow, he had FEAR GAS in his lair in City. Scarecrow is the one who gave him the name "Hush" in the comics. WHAT more do you need to work with there, Rocksteady? I'm sure EVERYONE was expecting Hush and Scarecrow to be in cahoots. They didn't once address that connection. This game DID do alot of things right but the what-should've-been's are so gear grinding. I personally think a Hush and Scarecrow story would've been the icing on this franchise. They tried to introduce a completely new character that was never talked about. He could've flown low until the final act and it could still work. They had SO much to work with here.

Credit where Credit is due, the start of this mission, the swerve that thinking Hush is Wayne was phenomenal. I legit 'marked out' when It became a camera. One of my favourite twists in a game. Ending the mission though?..... Eh.....

If you played this mission before the ending, the line changes to them saying that they can finally closes the hush case.

instead of going with scarecrow and the arkham knight as the main bad guys they could have done the hush story line and have him be the main bad guy and they could have have still implemented Jason Todd like in the actual hush story line and had a twist ending with him but instead hush's arc ended like this, very disappointing

Why were people expecting a huge boss battle out of this? Hush isn't really a fighter. The only thing I can understand people complaining about on the boss battle side of things was the deathstroke boss battle because that was pretty lame. The boss battles in the arkham games have always been fairly simple and easy. I don't really care all that much that they aren't a big part in this game.

Reese R Yeah really. What were these people expecting? Most of the villains in the batman games aren't physically capable of going one on one with Batman. I mean they're not like Bane, Clayface, Solomon Grundy, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc or Poison Ivy (Being able to summon giant freaking plants). Those are the Villains that can go on on one with good old Bats. We had a few Boss fights where we have to beat them up until they ran out of health, Which involved Albert King and The Riddler in his Mecha-suit. Now those are the boss fights that make sensee because they are bigger. Technically we had a similar one with the Arkham Knight when he tried to kill us with that giant drilling machine. So to me it made sense that enemies like Two-Face and Penguin would be taken down easily. Hush technically isn't 100% capable of lasting long in a fight with Batman but at least he would've held his own a little. Also Hush was kind of unintentionally helping Scarecrow and the Arkahm Knight, just use your imagination on that part. The final battle with Jason does make some sense, Because Batman tries to talk some sense into him and he did not want to hurt him, Because he pretty much see's him as a lost son. Deathstrokes boss battle definitely should've been done better, but i didn't really let it bother me. So in conclusion, The fights between the Most of the Villains make sense if think about their physique. The few boss battles where the enemies can actually fight batman can be justified if you think about it and use your imagination and Deathstrokes Boss battle....Yeah. :/ Sorry for this comment being so long and i may have made some writing errors in my comment. Anyway Overall Batman: Arkham Knight is still a freaking awesome game non the less. P.S. I think i may Play All of the Arkham games in the order of when they were released to see a difference in gameplay quality when it comes to the boss battles. I know that they are both similar and vastly different from one another in a way.

Thing about Arkham Knight that separates it from the others is Batman was not scared to reveal his identity he didn’t want that to stand in the way of him saving Gotham! He came with terms with it! It either was him defending the world or him protecting his true identity 💯

When I did this mission Lucius and Bruce didn't say that about "there will be no more Batman" I like how they changed up each conversation when you've done certain things in the main story or beat the main story all together.

This is it? After all the buildup... this is how they end one of the best setups from Arkham City? This game seemed to love undermining what Arkham City set up. Hush, Croc, Ra's, Azrael, Harley, Ivy, Scarecrow... you know what, Scarecrow was one of the only good parts of this game.

That could be said with everything in Arkham Knight. Arkham City was such a great idea with perfect execution at every turn. Knight just pulled from an already existing story (Jason Todd), which plenty of people already knew about from the Red Hood movie, and just altered it a bit. Lucius probably felt so proud that he was able to land a blow on his own captor and then Bruce had to just severely one-up him with an insane uppercut body slam into the desk combo.

I was looking more forward to this particular mission than the actual plot itself :D

Because this villain character wasn't a fighter and wasn't anything major either he had no help with him and he had a gun to hush so what was batman supposed to do? Let hush die? Joshua Willis Have you ever even read the comics? Hush is a very formidable adversary and deserved so much better than this.

A nice detail i noticed was when you first enter the room and the cutscene plays, the camera looks through a chessboard. When Batman enters he passes through the knight piece and presumably in front of the king piece. Very similar set up to the scene with Hush being the king since he's impersonating a billionaire in this case.

I like how he uses Bruce Wayne's name to pretend he isn't him in front of the secretary while talking to Alfred, Wayne's butler, who's name he uses as if it is a common name, while discussing his relationship with the Hush who took his face as if the secretary can not hear this conversation and then the secretary just ignores the whole thing and he ends up showing Hush his face and then revealing that he everyone already knows so what WAS THE POINT!
