Questions: What is the bottom part there in the drain where there would be a p-trap here in the US? Is it a back flow device of some kind keeping out the sewer gases?? Also looks like gate valves for the water supplies? Here we mostly use ball valves for supplies now. No silicone or plumbers putty under drain lip inside the sink? Maybe you have a gasket in there? The mollies hold up ok over time for the sink support? We get idiots over here that push down on the sinks; so we mostly secure them into wooden supports framed into the wall. Also what was the drill bit you used cutting the tile? I like your idea of putting silicone behind the sink before tightening up the sink bolts, and your waste seems easier to set. Interesting stuff.

Heating system here in Ireland there's a lot of very bad quality plumbing fittings everything you're using seems to be very good quality not like the rubbish here
