Ingredients:
1 ltr full cream Milk
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp
Almonds 50 gm
Cashew nuts- 50 gm
Pistachio - 1 tbsp
Saffron strands
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation: Heat milk in a vessel, boil it on low flame for 15-20 minutes and keep stirring it simultaneous. Add, almond, cashew, cardamom, saffron, sugar and mix them well. Our Basundi is ready.
