20x20 room primarily vinyl. Want great sound... five or the 51s? Are they worth twice as much?

Great video. I always wanted to see these side-by-side. I have the R-51PMs and I'm thinking of getting The Fives. Which do you prefer between the two?

Ive owned the r51pm and currently own the fives and i can say the fives especially with a sub are 20x better. The cone may be smaller but the detail and punch is way better and floorstanding like. Klipsch built the fives like they build their high end heritage speakers just in a bookshelf size Again i highly recommend the klipsch spl100 sub or any sub with these since it pulls the weight of the bass off the speaker and opens up the midrange significantly.

What I can say R-51pm has brighter sounds when the Fives make the sounds really dull because its mid range is not bright enough just like a speaker from TV. It may be compensated to have a sub, however, its price will be greater, if so, why not buy the Fives McLaren version which has brighter sounds, faster response, and dynamic.

Si tienen diferencia entre ambos equipos pero no es mucha, lamentablemente no he encontrado una prueba de The fives dónde usen instrumentos musicales como guitarras o percusiones para ver qué tan bien va. Yo tengo r51 PM, no están mal pero tampoco son excelentes. Tengo blon BL03 y fiio f9pro, algunos instrumentos pierden un poco de presencia en r51PM, algunas voces también desaparecen, personalmente me parece que la mayoría de Klipsch son muy buenos en agudos y graves, pero no son tan buenos en medios. En México he comprado r51PM por 436 USD, si tuviera que elegir otra vez a klipsch, mejor saltaría a The Seven o por un poco más de dinero The Nine. Si tú prioridad es la calidad de sonido, quizá sea mejor Denon + wharfedale

I have R-51pm, but wish it had HDMI for PS5. I use my MacBook + HDMI capture card to get the audio out, then connect MB to USB to R-51PM.

the fives trong hơn, bass đối với mình vậy là ok, ông nào basshead thì thêm cục sub
