My favourite beach had some great sessions on there, three of us used to fish there on a Friday night, then move onto the island or down to Trevor Pier for the Saturday night. Sadly the pier went a few years back.

I only fish it over low maybe last couple of hours then first couple back before the weed comes back,after a good SW blow it breaks up the weed and puts it on the beach ,target them times as the bass will feed then ,they don't like the weed as it removes the oxygen from the water and the big bass can't breath as the oxygen levels r low and you will only catch small bass because there is no oxygen in the water , good luck 😊

Where do you get those T swivles mate and crab works well first 1houre of the ebb

We got there before high and weed was bad then, day before was rough too thats why weed was there usually never that bad.

Yes mate got too excited when other rod got a bite, I missed the tripod so it fell on the shingles 🤦😭🤣

You are definitely the "Masterfisherman" when it comes to catching Bass Hakan. But I sometimes cringe about this obsession about getting one for the pot. Wonder how many bass you have killed this year for the pot. Ta john

You shouldn't worry and cringe ? About hak taking a few for the pan,he always returns undersized fish and only ever takes one or two in size fish as he enjoys eating the fruits of his labour, the amount of fish he takes in a season will not make the slightest indent in the population, grow up John

Enjoyed watching the video keep them coming. These sonik rods do not seem to be robust. I think they appear a good casting tool but the rings and breaking tip sections appear common. I think they moved production on mkii. That replaced the mk1 in your video.
