As a low baritone this is so good to improve my lower notes i love it
This is astounding. Thank you for uploading this video. It makes me want to sing bass almost every day.
Enfin un échauffement pour voix de BASSE et non de baryton ! - Finally a warm-up for bass and not baritone voices !
This is great. Thank you!
Great workout routine as always!!!
I love it. Thanks
Great work as always! Best follow-along vocal exercises for Basses on youtube. The recording of this one is better paced than the previous Bass vocal workout as well, I didn't feel rushed to catch my breath. My favorite was Exercise 7, the most challenging was Exercise 5. I find "Ooh" to be a difficult vowel for high notes.
Love it, it’s very useful
Hey Mate! First of all, Thanks for all of your Effort and Content!

@@RJhon2C Hey mate! Well, that was probably just me being a bit theatrical :D But i can get more specific: a year ago, when i started practicing, i was not able to hit a note or to create power in a ton. First of all cause i had no practise but secondally, cause i didnt dare to do so. This may sound weird but for me, it was like i felt the song and the emotions of it but i could not transmit it into singing. Cause if i wanted to reach that "ton/feeling" i had to cry or at least i could not make it through that feeling. I stretched or screamed or whatever made a sufficient replacement but i did not just sing what i felt. I hope that its ok to recommend it, (otherwise, sorry Auss) but Madeleine Harvey ,a voice teacher on youtube, explains this connetion very well. It is now a month later and I can now express myself a little more professionally. What I described so emotionally was actually just opening up the whole body. Singing makes me feel where I have emotional blocks. Since I've been meditating and doing yoga for years, I worked on these on a physical level by stretching, breathing and letting go. I hope, that helped, otherwise, feel free to ask
Nailed it again Coach. 🔨 So much value. Appreciate you 👊
You are really good at this.
Maaan since I started yesterday my voice get sooooo better, thanks, now I can sing well.
I have a message to extended range singers that come over here: If you have extra time on your hands to practice these exercises, try doing these, geared for more than one voice type, starting with your natural voice type to get your voice warmed up, then you can pick a different voice type, going up or down from your own. If you are an extended range tenor, you can start with the tenor exercises to get warmed up, then continue with either baritone or bass exercises to extend the low part of your voice. Likewise, as a tenor, you can continue with either contralto or mezzo-soprano exercises to extend the high part of your voice. Let me know if this works and have fun, singing.
I come here and do this workout every day! Thank you!

Very good excercises. Cheers from Uruguay
Coach you've really raised the bar with this one....excellent, really brilliant work my friend. ..... has Ibrahim Abouzled said...by far and away the BEST follow-along vocal exercise for Basses on youtube. What are your thoughts on formulating a twag for mixed voice vocal workout for Basses?
I love this work out so much. Do you have it in a mp3 version?! Thank you for all you do.
Your workouts are nice and very useful during lockdown! I'd suggest adding some more time in between each vocalise to breathe: pausing the video constantly is a big distraction and I need time to breathe properly.
shit..my vocal range is bass.....i love baritones and tenors...especially roy khan ..he is baritone with super nice voice ...so i return to my guitar
Which of ur workout should i follow previous one or this one? Which is most effective?
Doing this at 5am everyday, right after waking, from this day on. Let's see how it progresses.

Well bro I start 530 with piano and continue an hour later with this! How's it going? I love using the mornings, it's the best time to practice when your heads not filled with day :)
@gurixd100
3 жыл бұрын
@@robinrobb3061 It helps. Doing it in the morning means relaxed vocal chords, so easier low notes and harder high notes. I recommend drinking water and stretching your vocal chords beforehand. But, overall, it's a relaxing way to start off the day, and it surely has improved my voice during the rest of the day.

Love this vocal workout! Some days I have a hard time or can't hit the lowest note(s) on two or three exercises. Same with high notes. Should I move to baritone instead of bass?
@TheSandkastenverbot

Finding the right fach is really complex. Even experienced teachers who hear you sing make mistakes there. Also, it's normal that there are days when singing low comes easy and other days where singing high goes better. Just go with it, maybe sing more baritone stuff on "high" days and bass stuff on "low" days.

As a beginner: 1. Should you do a warmup BEFORE this video, or is doing this one first thing in the morning fine 2. For more practice, is doing this video twice ok, or should yu do this one and a different one (i.e. more variety)?

I was asking myself the same question. I think doing a 5 or 10 min warm-up won't hurt you if you anyway have an hour to spare ;) Atwell being really focused helps much more than the time you spend. Quality over quantity.

Warm up your voice first.

1) I think it's safe to try the workout without a warm-up. If you struggle on high notes, however, a warm-up might help 2) It's definitely good to try other exercises. Aussie Vocal Coach has plenty of videos which are also suited for lower voices

Oh no... KZread put all these video ads in the middle of your workout. That's too bad

That's annoying! Was there an ad at the start of the video as well? I'll see if I can remove them.

Only ads in the middle. It used to be just a banner ad at the bottom... I guess they did a sneak attack on you! Haha!
To avoid strain only sing higher huh? I had thyroid cancer with total thyroidectomy. Got my whole neck fused front and back with front plate removed. My vocal chords are stapled together now. Lost my high range but now my lows are of thunder. So to avoid strain for me I gotta sing LOWER.
Is it weird that the tongue trill sounds like Chewbacca to me?
