Nice flipping dude You have some great flips and if you are trying to improve your cork then just focus on twisting tight enough to spin and you will land it even better I know I can't really do flips on the ground I just heard this tip from pigmie and many others flip videos

My only tip for cork is to, treat it like a cheat gainer, sorta go over the shoulder into a cheat gainer, and then wrap the twist. (Idk if that makes any sense)
