Aye, I got to test ride one of these on electrify expo while I was there presenting for my company. Pretty fun. The seat was surprisingly comfortable. It’s also super nimble. Despite how heavy it was and how big the wheels were you could really just throw this thing around and really lean into the turns. Super fun to ride.

I’m glad you got a non prototype. I never got to ride the orange one I was sent from them. It was defective. Looks like they updated the suspension and changed the fenders as well.

Been waiting for you to finally talk about this one, as much as it's been in the background. Absolutely one of the coolest looking bikes you had on the channel, Is it pricey? Sh'yeah it is but it's all aluminum and nicely designed and at 35 miles of range? It's a shame I'm broke.

What tire upgrade would you recommend for this bike for strictly road use? I'm thinking cst big boat or scouts

so if anyone else is scrolling through the comments looking like I am..... The top speed is 35 miles an hour with "off-road mode" so he tested it going full speed. He got 36 miles of range going 35HR not to bad for that little bike!!!!

They're is one little fender piece missing on the back tire did you put that piece on?

You can just walk up to it and pull the battery out ? That would be a real world deal breaker lol for me can you charge the battery outside the bike?

I have a 2020 Ecotric Rocket with a geared 500 watt rear hub and whatever tf controller it came with. After 2 yrs i decided to mod it by replacing the motor with an eBikeling 1200 watt rear direct drive hub, 52V 20 ah battery, running off a Grin Technologies Phaserunner V6. Definitely had to switch to hydraulic disc brakes. I just ordered a "2nd Amendment vinyl wrap and should be dragging deer out the woods by opening day.

This e-bike has the most “Hyundai Ionic 5” vibes in terms of style. Has the technology of a “Tesla Plaid”, and the range of a “Lucid Air”. All that seems pretty good value to me!

@@jacobdaley3888 a used one here in the UK is like £2500-3000 depending on what year it is. Good thing about groms is that you barely see one with a lot of miles on them so can get a good price. I'd totally ride one if I didn't look like an idiot on them at 6 foot 2

I think it's much too slow to be considered a "motorcycle" but for an e-bike? it seems to be one of the best in that class with great features at a very competitive price.

In order to be an ebike it has to cap at 28mph up to 750watt motor. Or can be a loophole bike with offroad use and road use mode. Basicly offroad will unlock the speed while road will cap at 28mph. There is an electric moped class and electric motorcycle class. Each has a license to use while e-bikes requires note. Just because you ride a sur ron doesn't mean its street legal.

The sales would spike if they would turned down the branding to about 10%. I don't want to pay that much, and then have to figure out how to remove most of it.

Pureile review. Would have liked to have seen how the rear suspension works. The angularity could cause long-term reliability issues.

Not that you’re terribly likely to get called on it by a cop, but technically the bike is not street legal while in off-road mode (in most states) because in off road mode it is no longer a class 2 or class 3 ebike. That said, you’re way way less likely to get called on it riding this in off road mode as opposed to say a Surron, as this plausibly looks like a normal bicycle.

This think is like a moped, but you can fill up at a gas station and can't wake up the whole neighborhood.

Slow down there cowboy. I purchased an A1 in June. It was supposed to arrive in the second week of July. I just got it a couple days ago. Ok fine. They were on a ship and stuck in LA waiting to unload. And then clear customs. So It finally found its way to my house in the North East. So I opened the box excited AF about finally getting my A1 e-bike. First thing I noticed was 4 fairly big scratches on the frame and forks and a big scratch on the bars that the rear tire is mounted. But the biggest problem was the front brake disc was bent. Unfortunately I had to come up here to Canada for almost a week. So I wrote Asnyc and asked them to send me a new front brake disk. Shouldn’t be a problem right? They know I bought the bike from them and they only make one bike. Send me a disk and when I get home I could put it on and go riding. But no. I have to wait until I get home so I can take pictures of it send the pictures in and then I guess they determine if I’m lying and crashed the bike. It has never even left my garage. But for some reason they won’t send a disk. Anyway I get back to the North East on Tuesday. Hopefully they will grudgingly send a brake disk. I have a funny feeling it’s not gonna go well. I will update in a few days.

This thing is cool but I’m not sure where it fits in as it’s not really an ebike. So, some idiots will take this on pedestrian paths and rail trails and endanger everyone, and other idiots will take this out in traffic and endanger themselves because it doesn’t really go fast enough. I know everyone hates regulations but it feels like there need to be clearer definitions in the ebike sector.

After this guy not mentioning that ridiculous excuse for a seat in his review I no longer trust his opinion about anyting. There's no way he didn't notice how uncomfortable it was to ride on an aluminum tube with a piece of fabric the glued to it😂

It doesn't matter if you can limit can power to it a motor over 750 watts isn't legal to ride on the road. You may get away with it till the cops in your city learn the e bike laws.
