Just want to give kudos to your service techs. I had a problem with my Project Paintrr Plus and couldn’t figure out what it was. I called your troubleshooters and they walked me through the situation.Turns out that when I last cleaned it Zi lost the tiny spring from the inlet valve . They sent me a new spring and I was up and running again. Thanks guys! You’ve got my recommendations from now on.

We just got a new magnum x5 and it works like a charm no complaint's

I did have trouble at first with this thing, everything corresponded with the negative comments below, the paint was too hick for me, after cleaning the whole sprayer nossle and thinning the paint this worked great for me

+TheWorkShopofEverything Could it have been that the paint was not stirred thoroughly? - that's what happened to me.

Have a GMAX II 7900 when the piston goes up and down the stroke sounds all out of wack, thought maybe packings were worn, replaced the fluid section and still sounds the same.😔

I got Greco pro X70 on work does anyone know working pressures, guy who sold it to us sayed it ca go up to 500 bars or 7000 psi....

My XR7 wouldn't prime, jammed a pencil in the inlet valve and felt the stuck ball come loose. Works great.......thx

Need help... Love the sprayer. Used 3 times following instructions for it all, especially rinsing the tip. Went to use it again a week later. Won’t spray, I held tip up to light, no light. I must have not rinsed the tip long enough. I’ve tried boiling hot water and spraying canned compressed air. From outside of tip to inside. Still isn’t clear. I bought a new tip, but it was nearly $30! Hope to salvage my tip. Suggestions?

I'm a beginner at this and my new tip worked the first two times. Then no paint would come out of it. Didn't screw on the guard as tightly and it started working.

Instead of just rinsing the tip, use the machine and spray water through it

I have a paint sprayer that primes and runs good but last time I tried to use it the motor seemed to run really slow and the pressure was low too. Could this be a clogged filter or filters? the tip and wand are new. and the paint was thin enough. before that it painted just fine.

How much and more details pls

This question is a bit old.... But leaking from where? I added teflon tape to an extension that leaked terribly and it solved the problem immediately.

I have an xr5 Graco and the spray comes out heavy on the edges and really light in the middle. To the point where the edges run. What am I doing wrong?

I would guess that your problem is due to low pressure. Try adjusting the pressure.

I got a new X5 and on the second job paint started dripping from the bottom of the body. Any ideas? It´s a new machine so wearing and tearing is not a good guess

Bought one. Took forever. After 2 days of wasted time and paint, i just had enough! On top of that i bought a new bigger nozzle. But soon as i installed the nozzle, It died. No paint, just wasted time. Tomorrow i`ll take it back!

My issue is I turn on my rig and it immediately starts spraying from the gun without me pulling the trigger what do I do now?

ok so, I fixed/checked all that and my issue remains. My sprayer allows me to spray but once it drops below a certain pressure it simply stops pumping as though the sprayer has no power. If I unplug and replug power it will depressurize but then will do the same thing repeatedly. Any recommendations?

Trying spray at to lower pressure ..1200 up to 2800 psi is usual pressures depending on tip size higher pressure bigger tip for larger areas smaller tip lower pressure

So my wife bought this sprayer and we have used about 20 times. She was having trouble with the tip leaking so she spent another $115 on a new gun. But she is still having issues with this thing. What gives???

Clean shot and plumbers tape on seals lower pressure slightly if using extension u get spits so Graco clean shot reduces if tips leaking use tape on joints

I am having an issue with a leaking gun and my sprayer is not even a year old. I got a brand new guard and tip and the issue is still happening

Our tip keeps falling out of the spare gun

Bought one of their sprayers. Took forever to get it to work. The instructions with the unit are crap. Once I got it working, it sprayed for less than 5 minutes and quit. Wasted an afternoon, a gallon of paint, and made a mess. Returning the unit.

Took less than a minute to clog. Tried it on different pressures still clogged. Tried to turn the arrow on the nose to unclog it, no luck built up pressure won't allow you to turn it no matter what setting. I had to take it apart every time to unclog it. 1400 square feet ground floor plus ceiling took 4 hours with 2 ppl with rollers. no point in wasting 300-700 dollars for one of these models just to get a headache. I will be returning it.

if you pull the tip and unscrew the "tip holder assembly" and the assembly below that sometimes there is debris in with the "spring valve" just wash out.

My switch tip keeps falling out my Graco sprayer tip. It’s pretty loose. Is the sprayer tip broken or am I doing something wrong?? Help please!

You might need little part that comes with the tip...if you notice at home depot or lowes they sell this spraying tips, the package comes with some sort of "gasket" i really dont know the name of that little part, its black rubber and steel. Put that inside the guns nozzle and that will keep the tip tight in place.

If it’s not turning on you will have to open it up and check the fuse or connection. I had the same issue and saw there was a wire not connected.

is not good spray to buy it break from 1 hour stop pumping stop sucking motor non stop this is toy machine

These guys need to stick to making strollers..I don't understand why they tried to make it as hard as they possibly could for the user to use..it's a spray paint machine not a fn astronaut launcher. MAKE IT SIMPLE..not fn hold this button down for 3 secs then flip the switch off and on then wait precisely 5 secs and blow in it until you pass out.

Borrowed one from a friend who only used it once and it doesn't work. Would never buy this piece of shit my self or ever get any Graco products after my experience.
