What if my SuperDrive doesn’t work well on my MacBook Pro or Air, but if I hook up the same SuperDrive onto a desktop Mac, it often works well with no issue? If the laptop I’m using is at fault, what are the best possible ways to remove these errors on this device?

Well what kind of issues are you having? It also depends on how frequently you use the hard drive. If you’re using it a lot you probably want to move to another brand asap. Too much risk here in losing data and files.
So my system diagnostics found a zipfile and I should also say my Mac does no longer stay on my internet router ps I also turned it on and off too before that. please help .

The Mac has a “sleep” function in which the computer technically shuts itself down without you having to.

@@Anvillgroup i get that, but would you not want a complete restart of the computer each time to reduce any possible background programs or memory leaks happening? Having a computer full reboot each time typically helps to reduce any system issues, conflicts and the like from happening

@@siffegyyeah absolutely, both arguments can be true and that is a great point. I just use my computer on more of a consistent basis. What’s worked for me has been to let it go sleep rather than rebooting every time. Reboots take much longer than “waking” the Mac from its sleep. May I ask, what type of work do you perform on your Mac??
