Thank you Guru Mann for this video. I really appreciate you for bringing Let's Talk series. I am hitting gym since last three months but not able to drop fat percentage. After watching your video, i understood that i was doing negligible amount of Cardio, hence my results are coming in a slow speed.
For those who are in hurry : - #Rule 1 : Calorie Deficit ( BMR*(activity multiplier) - 500) #Rule 2 : Exercise (5-6 times per week ) #Rule 3 : Cardio (gradually increases from 35 min - 60 min ) #Rule 4 : Rest ( Sound sleep )

@@transformingbyconquerstatu8215 BMR is the number of calories that you need to stay alive but to calculate your TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure) you have to multiply your BMR with a certain number and that number will vary according to your lifestyle ( sedentary, lightly active , very active etc.)
He is the one you brought fitness vlogging in India, he actually started the whole concept. He is a super star ⭐.

This year is resolution to get health right til summer. Now 50% protein is very much for my BMR. I do cardio and machine weights for all muscle group. thanks sir . i have been applying all these rules to my daily routine and i have lost 7 kg weight . Due to shoulder injury i cant go to gym but i am doing cardio like running , pushups and other similar exercises.
