No hate at all, I've been painting several years and your vid popped up randomly in a brand competition search, but I drop into these videos to see like who's doing what or like just kinda to peek in a see if there's something I've missed or even just to judge people, but your video was pretty tight. I had to teach myself all of this and it held me back for quite a few pieces so A++ for teaching kids out here some basic but very necessary techniques
Awesome video! I really appreciate that you are speaking to beginners about technique. I am oil/acrylic painter but am thinking about incorporating spray paint and this is exactly what I was curious about. Thank you!

I’ve been doing multi-media art for about 6 years and ive always dreamt of putting my art out there for people to enjoy so I’m hoping to get into spray painting here soon. Currently researching styles and techniques to start a little sketch book dedicated to street art
The can scrape technique is the best advice in this vid. Kids feel the wall for nails first tho! Lol
Thanks! Cutie pie.. Your video was a big help..

Great tutorial, hope you didn't get sick without the mask on.
Good review man! But I have a question, do you go out bombing often or do you only do pieces?
Olivier gang
what if you are working on a small thin piece what would i do with the close part
Hey I am in India and I have a big blank wall at home but I don't know which colours to buy for outdoors thanks 👍
You say not in the sun but how cold could it be for the different paintings? What kind of effect would frost or rain give?
As someone who doesn’t actually use spray cans but loves graffiti, I found this totally fascinating! A few closeups on the different caps would have been cool but Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻
Thank you a lot. No hate
Is nozel available in market??can you please tell from where i can get the nozel?
What was the first cap that you used when you said "take 2" ?
Any one know what brand and stuff for spray paint and were I can get caps
i already knew all that shit and i feel sorry for myself you hadnt done this video back in 2014 when i started. i had to learn all of this on my own by wasting money on different caps, different pressure cans etc etc. MY BEST ADVANTAGE FOR BEGINNER WRITERS: if u start in spring/summer stick to low pressure cans like 94, if u start in winter/autumn better buy high pressure cans. Paint in cold doesnt work too good if u r not experienced. u gonna clog ur caps and get pissed off cuz of unfinished work u leave. Also if u paint in cold under 0*C dont even consider using skinny cap. ONLY FAT(nyfat might be too skinny even! Pinkdot/astro is way to go). The reason is the same, fat cap doesnt get clogged as much but its still possible.
@olivierroubieu
7 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. When I started I thought when the cap was clogged that was it for that can! It's obvious now, but before I didn't know I could buy spare caps. By the way you didn't waste your money, you invested it.
@properenglish9025

spray upside down until the paint goes clear whenever you stop to change can or cap, this clears the valve and your caps will hardly ever clog no matter what weather
@2sdd

Thank you! Yes if you stick it on a wall, because cans don't work on a table, it needs to be up right. You can try liquitex paints or mtn water based
Where can you purchase the other caps?
cab you do a video that shows how to flare bombs
Hey Olivier! Thank you so much for the overview, it was very helpful! I love watching your videos! My biggest problem when I paint is dripping! I start from the background and move forward, but then when I try to outline or add details in the end - most of the lines start dripping all over everything.. do you have advice what to do about it? How do you deal with that? Because it ruins the whole painting..! Also, how do you go about filling in tight spaces? I have so many more questions, but don't want to overwhelm you! Lol Thank you in advance! :)
@olivierroubieu

Julia Morris Hey Julia, someone's asked me how to be cleaner with the details, in a similar question so I will do a video soon about that. In the mean time, try using a skinny cap and press as little as you can when doing the details
