Uncut sabre lesson for beginner sabre fencers by Prof. Laszlo Jakab shows how to give sabre lesson for novice fencer. He showed how to assist and correct mistakes of fencer during his fencing lesson. This basic sabre lesson should be helpful for sabre coach who would like to find some idea on how to coach sabre beginner especially it can help to teach correct movement and correct fundamental movement in sabre.

I do HEMA. And I enjoyed watching this vid. I do not specialize in Olympic fencing, but i love the way you can see the form improve.

I do HEMA as well and I wish HEMA coaches were this methodical and precise in their teaching methods.
That's what I love - with good coach and focused student basics looks quite advance! Fine music choice, pleasant to watch :3
The end of this lesson reminds me of something I was told when learning to coach: "As a coach, you are not the student's friend." : )

Awesome, nice to see this. I'm learning Epee at the moment, but was interested in sabre at a later date. I was struggling to find this more drill-like material.

Great video from an obviously skilled instructor, a pity that we can't hear much of his running commentary to the student instead of some inane canned background music.

thank you so much for your comment. It was early stage of making the video so no microphone at that time. But later video, we make more voice and caption.
