A very nice and simply explain video. There is only one point on which i would like to suggest is "there is no term as Design patent" in Indian Patent law. You can use the Industrial Design or Design Application. Design patent is not legally valid in India, you can use it in other countries.

Ma'am y own language me hi notes hai n.... book ki language to nhi hai n ? Because of open book exam me y subject hai ipr isliye m just asking so I can use this for my paper
