I clicked through the link and saw that their top end stick is 199 euro for 380 grams. That translates to about $215 USD. There are several sticks in that weight class for about $150 USD. I've picked up a couple 330 gram Sticks from TronX for $179 USD. There are so many off-brand choices out there right now that these sticks already seem priced out of the market.

Did your 330g tronx's snap quick? Mine didn't last long. Maybe 15 games. I'm sticking with their $100 395g option. Well said btw

@cazschiller I have both the Stryker and Vanquish in 330 grams. I was using the Vanquish one night when I threw a temper tantrum after getting my pocket picked behind the net, which led to a goal. I repeatedly smashed it on the ice, fully expecting the blade to go flying. Much to my surprise, the blade stayed in tact. I checked it out when I got home. Still firm and no rattles. I decided to chance it the next game and ended up with 2 goals and 2 assists with it. I have been curious about trying their less expensive sicks, too. The puck feel on those 330s is so good, though.

@cazschiller damn! Maybe I'll have to check out one of their 395ers. I was also eyeballing their 350 gram for $150.

You’d be silly to pay full price for a stick when sideline swap exists. Unless ur out of sticks and need one RIGHT NOW and need to go to pure hockey or something

You guys should try sticks from Twig Hockey! The Twig Rogue C has a weight of 353 grams +/- 15g (85 flex). To me it plays like my FT6Pro. It cost under $200usd

i have similar feeling about bauer hyperlite and bauer vapor league, which is model below hyperlite. I prefer league, it seems smother and easier to load. The only problem is, that league version is really hard to get here in Poland

I mean if we're looking at these prices I would agree with you about justification because at this price point you can easily afford year-old/2year-old top of the lines or buy the one step below the flagships. You'd definitely be offered better warranty support and possibly durability if you go with the bigger brands and buy from stores near you. Refurbished sticks are also an option because you can buy two refurbished flagships for the price of the MYST ONE and get two sticks that are just slightly heavier than the MYST ONE

Think I'll be ordering one, the low level looks similar weight to the Sherwood Legend 1 I use. The length they sell them at for 85 flex looks the same also (I have to add an extension to every other brand). Gutted they are out of the 95 flex though.

Here is the thing, so many companies claim their affordable sticks can compete with top spec sticks from the big name brands. This is far from accurate. Not in this case. These barrel sticks are an actual alternative and €90-€100euros cheaper than the big name options. I’d rather spend €149 euro instead of €240 euro
