    Greetings Dear Lady! I had been practicing yoga for a lil over 2 yrs and it has helped me lose weight, stretch out my limbs & find my center. I decided to try something different to kick my "workout" up couple of notches, so when I saw this here workout this morning, your barre pilates movement, I decided to go for it & VERY glad I did. I am 61 yrs old but folks say to me that I look 1/2 my age. I will definitely repeat your workout. Giving you huge thanks! :)

    I learned I have long-covid a few months ago and I've been extremely limited in terms of activity, which has been a massive challenge because I love working out. I'm restricted to floor-based stuff now and while I often turned to your other barre videos before my diagnosis, I've found your floor-based videos SO helpful. They keep me fit! Thank you so much.

    I enjoyed this workout. I particularly like the length (25ish minutes) and the burn in the thighs and booty. Keep them coming!

    Loved this workout, it would have to be one of my favourites! ✨ Loved the forearm planks, thigh and booty work, and it was such a nice stretch at the end 😊

    this workout is my latest favourite, i personally enjoy doing arm workouts and thigh workout where i can lie down this has everything.thank you gabby

    Am glad I am able to do this today, was a little challenging as I haven't been feeling well for about a week now. That I was able to do the shows am a lot better. Thank you Gabby, I have missed your workout a lot 😘 ❤

    This was one of the best workouts you've ever done 🤩 I loved the arm set, the booty and thighs was a 10/10 burn and that ab set was fun but felt amazing! I also really appreciate all of your form corrections too. I always forget to roll my shoulders down and it just helps me so much. I've improved so much and it's all thanks to your amazing teaching 💕 xx

    wow! what a compliment thankyouuuuuu! I do love the floor workouts! so glad my corrections help, now im teaching in the studio after 2 years with no physical clients (because of covid) I find it easier to think of the common mistakes and alignment issues. so glad you got a great burn see you soon xx

    Great workout. Wish they were longer. Do you have an app? If not you should and charge a membership fee with longer workouts and nutrition advice, etc. cheers!

    I have a website currently in development. And Iv filmed a tonne of workouts for it. Hour long classes and area specific ones. I’ll also provide a calendar of workouts and recipes etc xx
