You killed me! But I loved it 😍 is it normal for my legs to shake like mad when doing the ab exercises at the end with the legs lifted? I was trying to keep my thighs together but they were rattling like nobody’s business 😂

Completely normal! It’s just a sign the muscle is fatigued but that’s awesome! Means your getting stronger, longer and leaner. Sometimes I walk out of class and my whole bodies shaking for a while 😂 that’s one of the main things people talk about with barre the intense shake. Well done!!! 💪💪💪

This was great! You are so fit and beautiful. My hip flexors hurt. I am assuming that means I need to strengthen my abs and hip flexors?

You are so awesome! This my first time working out with you. I have a pouch I am trying to get rid of. I tried to do my best with your abs section workouts. I stopped for a moment but got right back in place. It burns! I have to get relief. Thank you for your help today. Can you send me some advice to trim the belly fat at my email address? You look good. Keep up the good work in helping others stay fit.

I usually watch the workout before I do it myself I used to do Pilates 2 x a week and yoga since covid I’m doing my workouts at home . You have a great techniques but your music is to loud
