Barre Fitness Workout | 30 mins | HIIT Style Barre
This is a 30 minute intermediate level Barre F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) class. Similar to a HIIT style barre class, this workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body.
You will need a solid barre attached to the wall, or a kitchen counter or balcony railing to act as your barre! A yoga mat or carpeted area on the floor is ideal too.

This is a 30 minute intermediate level Barre F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) class. Similar to a HIIT style barre class, this workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body. It is a barre class workout designed as a full body workout with some cardio workout too. It can give you toned legs and a ballerina body, and improve your cardio fitness. This online barre workout is a barre workout for home, where an online workout is the best option. This barre class workout for fast results, will give you a barre workout challenge. It is similar to ballet, pilates, pilates barre, ballet barre and a ballet barre workout.

    @@onealericcisan805 Thanks for the suggestion, however barre is done with grip socks on. This is because it gives a lovely balance of grip and slip. If we use bare feet, your feet will grip too much and increase the risk for possible knee injury or foot injury. Hope that makes sense, Andrea :)
