You absolutely need to do an episode on this when it’s done. By far one of my favorite episodes. Amazing find!
Dennis you are such a class act!! Love how respectful you are to the owners, but not a push over either. Thanks Dennis
I don’t use this term often, and I know it’s early in the year, but this episode of “Coffee walk” is ….. incredibly OUTSTANDING!!! Dennis’s knowledge and enthusiasm is infectious and the content in these videos is so addictive that I drop everything (apart from my coffee) to watch this channel. Thank you so much for providing such an exciting channel and best wishes to Dennis, his family, his staff and his friends and all his subscribers for the future. Keep safe folks 👏

Being a Ford guy for 50+ years, I really enjoy the Ford videos the most & ones like these especially! Please Dennis, like so many others have commented, show us the finished video of this legend!
in the early 1990s, I went to a closed tow truck garage, buried back in the woods was a 68 or 69 torino that was an R code, engine was long gone. One of only 2 cars like that id ever seen, the other was a 70 Roadrunner V Code 4 speed....both cars were junk by the time I saw them
i'd love to see results of some of the finished cars/ maybe a walk around of a bunch of done ones.. ya'll do great work - show it off. :)

@@fmbbeachbum8163 more like 100 on this one and once it goes up for sale again it could bring ten times that. The rich get richer and the 50 something with the hairpiece, plastic surgery princess, big wallet and little penis will tell anyone who will listen how they got it at a steal for the 100k. Can’t change the oil themselves but can remember word for word what the original brochure says about it. I am not jealous or bitter though. Haha. I am good with my high horse, doesn’t look like much, built with my hands project/daily when the snow melts. Don’t worry about a few scratches or 4 sets of rears to every set of fronts. That Mustang is going to clean up real nice and someone will have a 15000 mile survivor with a really good story from when it was built in 68

Grandpas got an old 65 Mustang in the barn. Terrible shape. Not near as collectable as this car. Was a packaged deal with a nova. He restored the Nova to all original. But has never gotten to the Mustang. But to get to the point in the town of like 600 only a few people outside the family know they exist. These cars get parked somewhere and just are forgotten.

its amazing at what the elements can do to a car of this vintage and mileage. really sad it was not garaged and covered.
Dennis is so knowledgeable about the cars he is buying and the complete background on Mustangs. He treats everyone the way he wants to be treated. Dennis is a Class act and Holy Grail 👑.

I had a 68 R code years ago.. green white c strip.. 51k original one owner miles. Paid 85 hundred, sold it for 65k month later. Exported to Norway.. in retrospect . I kicked myself for selling it...I still have service manuals, new ford door mirror, radio and fog lights.
Got to show us this ride👍❤️What a car, reminds me of my moms fastback as a boy!
This would be a wonderful car to have in your collection. Dennis will do a great restoration on it.
Love this channel. Great stories. Great cars. Great host.
I like how Dennis is always fair with the asking price (Richard immediately makes up some BS and cuts the asking price in half!) also Dennis helps / gets his hands dirty.... Richard drinks beer
Wow!! What an episode and what a car!! So GREAT that you find these cars that have been squirreled away and nobody can see them and you put them back to their glory.
That is so cool! Love the old muscle cars, and love learning about the history and codes of these rare treasures! Never heard of the "R" code mustang. The cars you find are amazing! I hope to see more with this car!
Outstanding Dennis & crew!!
The second I saw the Tasca Ford emblem I had to watch this episode, the early '80s I was in overhead door mechanic and the company I worked for I had the tasca Ford contract, been there many times and saw some awesome cars, also my father ran the truck division at Rodman Ford and saw some remarkable cars there also. I've watched several of your coffee walks and you are a true gentleman and I give you all respect 👍☮️
I had the privilege to meet Bob Tasca sr before he passed. Worked at the tasca compound in RI. Went to high school with Bob III. He’s an amazing drag racer.
Dennis Is one top level dude 💯
Dennis do you know what makes me sad. This is going to be a lost art in 20 to 25 years. The new generation could care less about matching numbers they're more about technology it it's a sad day in the car world. I have a couple of young ones that love what you do we're trying to keep this lost art alive.
My favorite thing is your knowledge of mustangs is amazing
Dennis - not saying nothing about the food shows the class you have.Maybe the owners will perk up and improve without having to be whooped! Some people lose sight of why they are there in the first place. WAKE UP CALL. Your knowledge of cars is Outstanding. Oh I have a 64 Tiger that's been in pieces since 1980. Working on it.

Thanks Dennis for being a true gentleman and buying dinner. Your truly a car guy. Hard to people like you
Outstanding. You are the man!
Amazing find, which takes me back to 1967 when I bought a new convertible with the 390, 4 speed and 3.25 locker. I later converted it to solid lifter cam, which I believe was a W code item in those days. (not the block, just the cam) What reminded me of it is that the car you have has adjustable rocker arms, which are 1.8:1 and used on solid lifter cams. Also requires the tall 427 valve covers. All still fit under the hood with "no" problem. By the way, mine was also candy apple red!
Gotta love the barn finds.. I know where there's a 1970 Boss 302 sitting in an old corncrib for at least last 35 years.
Thank you Dennis and team for another awesome Coffee Walk. Can’t wait to see what you do with it! 🇺🇸🚜👍

Love seeing the performance tires from the day, the Goodyear Polyglass
I’m 74 years old from Springfield Massachusetts back in 1968-1969 my boss at the time bough a total of 2 1968 cobra jet torinos and a 1969 Mach 1 cobra jet. I made several trips to Providence RI. To have the cars tuned. Cars that were prepared by Tasca had decals on the front fenders that were bright orange and yellow like rain drop hitting a flat surface with black letters that said Tasca Ford King of the road. Bob Tasca wife at the time was driving a 1969 429 LTD Brogham 4 dr. The 428 Mach 1 I mentioned earlier Bob was building for his son but my boss bought it. All of these cars were brand new at the time and all were automatic.
I teared up when the garage doors opened up. Another gem 💎
