I’m 3 months post op and I’ve noticed I can take in more fruits and vegetables. Meats and eggs still fill me up really fast. This video was definitely reassurance for me

We're glad to hear about your post-op diet progress, keep it up! Thanks for making us a part of your bariatric journey.
Liquids or ice cream goes faster and more amounts but protein based food are harder and soon get a stomachache to signal fullness, sneezing or hiccuping.
The surgery is definitely is not gonna do all the work for you, I knew this but still thought I would lose alot… nope 3months post op I’ve only lost 30lbs 😢with no exercise or dietary changes, which I feel is really poor for getting gastric sleeve. so I’m finally going to strictly follow the program and hopefully the pounds will start to melt off. Started at 228lbs currently 198lbs my goal is to get to 150lbs by February.
