class this, dont often leave comments but felt compelled. being a local lad and having met luke only the once in henrys gym i was shocked at how sound he is (and he fucking can bang n all) seeing someone that big that can actually throw digs is a scary scary thing. think a lot of people local know luke through his past and dont actually see the other side to him. scary to think that through a few bad choices how much more difficult his life has been considering boxing is a tough life anyway. amazing podcast really enjoyed it and ill look forward to part 2.

This is golden. I’m from Newcastle. At the time I was training at a few gyms that were a bit naughty so I ended up on speaking terms with some of the names from the west end. I remember Dave Courtney coming up. Some other naughty lads too. Just a handshake and a nod. I went a different path but good memories 👍🏼 British. Fighting. Love it!
