We were at our lowest lows this season when MATs was away due to injury. We conceded more goals, the other keeper didn't really help much, but nobody is saying that, or maybe I am the one seeing it differently.

Having those four Center backs with two of them capable of playing as full backs (Faye as LB and Kounde as a RB) and Alejandro Balde, Joao Canceló and Hector Fort as the full backs will give Barcelona enough coverage in the back. That still doesn’t include Christensen as CB. My gosh we cried for a solid Defense ever since 2010 and we now have it. The team just needs a backup GK, a CDM and a LWF.

Faye and Cubarsi will Sub each other, i think the club is well aware of how important it is to keep him. And Faye is already at the hest acadamy in the world, meaning he will definitely get a chance and it'll be up to him to become an undisputed starter at one of the biggest clubs in the world.

My favourite player was Araujo before Cubarsi came into the picture, but now I'm torn between the 2. I will buy 2 jerseys, a Ronald Araujo and a Pau Cubarsi jersey. Never thought a day would come when my 2 favourite players were CBs. I also can't wait for Faye to be promoted. When Barca got into this financial mess, I always said that the only way forward for the Club was to build a title contender around World class defenders like Maldini and Nesta's AC Milan.

We have to keep Xavi next season. It makes no sense to spend 3 years on a project and then scrap it considering we aren't failing. Xavi must stay by all means because i fear if he leaves, most other stars will want to leave i.e. araujo

I think we have an abundance of full backs that need to be addressed. Kounde, Julian Araujo Cancelo, Balde, and Hector Fort. Ronald can also play Rb if needed. And Faye can be play LB if needed. I understand we need depth, but i think this man is overkill

We should play Faye as a inverted ful Back or as a libero cb role to make double pivot. He is more defensive minded than creative, so would complement Frankie really well. Our left winger should play in the wings rather than in the interior role. This system is more effective.

Having araujo, Christensen, kounde, cubarsi, faye and Eric as our cbs would be the Best scenario since faye Can play lb when needed, Christensen Will play pivot and kounde play rb.

The question is have is if we should try converting cubarsi into a CDM. That way mikal Faye gets more of a chance at game time

I also thought Cubarsi can play at DM but at the same time, his timely challenges and ability to deny opponents clear cut chances by either making clean tackles or blocking shots is out of this world and because of this, I feel safer when he is In our backline. His reading of the game is insane and I have no doubt he can make a good DM at the very least.

Saying Faye should not compare himself to cubarsi because Cubarsi has been at barca since he was 8y is trash. Do you want Faye to stay 10years before he can be a regular starter... he should be given minutes to prove himself in the first team and let the best amongst them be the regular starter. Cubarsi is great and I like him. They Faye has not been at barca for 10y doesn't mean Cubarsi loves Barca more than Faye, time and chance happens to them all.
