Barcelona forwards Romario and Stoichkov enjoy a good season. Romario finish the top league scorer with 30 goals and also won 94 US world cup for Brazil with his outstanding performance. On the other hand, Stoichkov led the Bulgarian national team in their best ever performance in the same world cup to clink 4th position. Bulgaria defeated mighty west Germany the defending champion in the quarter final was the most remarkable display in US 94 world cup. Letchkov and Stoichkov netted with spectacular header and free-kick respectively.

Hristo Stoichkov's attitude is exemplary: he doesn't complain at all while he is substituted and then he keeps on encouraging his teammates. He was the perfect team player.

No way !!!..as a goal scorer yes ...overall he was bad, suspended once for 6 months!! Terrible temper, fought with referee, coaches, players, he would yell at Cryuff and say "Go ahead, substitute me, if you dare, see if anyone is better" ...When he was coach of Bulgaria the best players all quit..

Que super crack Romario por favor. Un fenómeno absoluto. Yo soy de River y del Real Madrid, pero mis respetos ante tremendo supercrack. Pura calidad....para aplaudir de pie... Creo que el tercer gol esta adelantado, no a quien le dan el primer pase sino el que hace el gol. Igual si no era ese le hacían otro al Madrid. Koeman was a centerback...aka Libero...aka Sweeper...aka Defender...he was Never a midfielder.or striker .too slow...but he scored something like 275 Goals!! Amazing ...Laudrup and Cryuff fought so he was sold to Real Madrid

TheMrBennito what about the Barca team that beat Man UTD in that CL finial at Wembley? I'm no Man UTD fan, but UTD were a strong side that season. Shit sides don't get to European Cup finials. But after W.Rooney equalised, you could clearly see that Bara just changed gear and upped the pace. IMO, no team (club or international) would have got the better of Barca that night. Hand on heart, I'm not a UTD fan. But that night, that I actually felt sorry for UTD as the game was actually uncompetitive. There was nothing UTD could have done that night to prevent Barca doing what they did to them. Totally destroy them, that is.

Always, but their first European competition win was in 1992. Before that, they had Gary Lineker, Romerito, Bernd Schuster, Maradona, Hans Krankl, Johan Neeskens, Johan Cruyff, etc., but they didn't win. They waited some time before they EXPLODED.

Romario debió quedarse en Barcelona para la siguiente temporada. Con él, el Real Madrid no hubiese goleado 5 a 0 al Barcelona en la liga 1994/1995. Tuvo un acto de indisciplina después del mundial que hizo enojar al finado Cruyff. Una lástima, se le hecho mucho de menos al Baixinho. :(

Guardiola era el xavi, koeman hasta ahora no tiene reemplazo, stoikov y Romario juntos eran como el Messi, un equipazo hasta ahora koeman es irreemplazable no he visto ningún defensa con esa salida y panorama para salir jugando o lanzar un pase y eso sin contar sus 200 goles como defensa.
Era un niño de 9 años cuando vi esto y ahí nació un hincha más del Barcelona, en el mundial del 94 la mayoría de estos jugadores la rompería y romario se vengaría contra Italia por la final perdida ante el milan demostrando que era el mejor del mundo, videazo amigo , saludos desde Honduras.

Lembrando que a Bulgária terminou na quarta posição da copa 94, a frente da Alemanha, Argentina, Espanha e outras gigantes do futebol. Um dos melhores times dos últimos 50 anos com certeza.

12:55 pure class. When Laudrup entered the game Barca had the strongest team. UEFA just should let 4 foreigners play in professional teams to keep culture and binding with the people. 2018 Barca is unrecognisable. This 1994 team was the best ever.
