Barcelona: Montjuic Cable Car 2

This is the second half of our cable car trip to Montjuic Castle in Barcelona. Having crossed high above the harbour, and enjoyed lunch in the restaurant at the Teleferic station, we walked up to the next one and took the smaller cable car up to the Castle itself:
"Well, we're now inside the Teleferic, going up from halfway up Montjuic to the Castle.
I don't know if you can see this, the windows are extremely dirty.
There's only two of us in this. It costs eleven dollars, sorry, euros fifty return. Now you can walk down - I wouldn't suggest walking up - through gardens, but it's not a short distance.
Ooh, a bit bumpy!
Now halfway along, there seems to be some kind of dog-leg, but we'll see when we get there!
Now the sun's behind us - we arranged that...and you may be able to see, if I can get past Helen, Barcelona spread out below.
(Pass her quickly so the focus doesn't change)
The first station is called 'Mirador'. In fact there are an awful lot of things called 'Mirador' or 'Miramar' round here.
This is the way you'd walk down, it would be quite pleasant in the Spring or the Winter, I think, but it's pretty hot here although not as hot, apparently, as it has been earlier in the Summer. Even the Barcelonians say it was too hot, so there you are.
There are roads up here, so if you had a car, you could drive.
(Bumps)Ooh, sorry about that!
Here's our right-angled turn, and it now appears we don't get off on the way up.
We'll soon find out, because it's quite clear, the guy in front didn't, you don't get off here, except on the way down.
Well, there's a big tour bus, over there, on the way down.
Oh, here we go again, and it's a bit bumpy!
Now we've turned right, so the view ahead is not so good. I'll get up and see if I can get closer. There's the castle coming up.
Just as I get up Helen gets up, because she's seen the nice shots as well.
Well, this is it, and here, Ladies and Gentlemen, is Barcelona."

Nice video👌 You said the weather is hot during summer. I am planning to go there in the last week of September. Will it be fine? Thanks.

Thanks for the compliment! Usually the weather is around 24-25C during the second half of September, but I see they are predicting a bit of rain too. Of course, it's hotter if you're in the sun. It was really hot during the heatwave earlier this year, but seems to have calmed down a bit since. Still, these days you can never be sure what will happen, it could even go colder...!

Thanks for the video. How long should I stay in Barcelona as to cover the main spots within it? and how much time this journey into Montjuic Castle toke from you?

If you're into Gaudi, a week is about right if you are willing to keep moving. The trip to Montjuic on the cable car from the port took us most of the day, but we were based in El Raval and walked down past the fountains later on.
