I tried to locate it on Google map but couldn't. It's on the street called Carrer Gran de Gracia. From my memory, it's closed to flying tigers

No, not all. We couldn't get tax return for restaurants and admission tickets. And not all shops do tax return. Especially some smaller stores, they don't usually do tax return.
