Go to "2 cats" at La B area for lunch or dinner. Picasso start there living in the restaurant and lots of his early paintings. If you go there around 5 pm, no reservation needed.

We use Giffgaff SIM card, which also provide roaming in Europe. I'm sure many other companies do it as well

4 days is actually quite good for travelling within Barcelona. It's our first time going on a holiday without the children, so we were not too greedy. 😁
