What's weird to me is that there's kids who grew up watching this who are adults now, or at least high schoolers. I was there 3,000 years ago, in the dark times, when Barbie and the Nutcracker was the first 3D Barbie movie. Got it on VHS for my birthday.

it's actually crazy. I have a little sister who's growing up with "new" barbie, and she doesn't like the originals which breaks my heart the og trilogy (rapunzel, nutcracker, and swan lake) will always be iconic

I got the Barbie in the Nutcracker VHS as a gift from my neighbors best friend. I don’t know where it is now. :( But I bought the film digitally on my phone 😊

i've never even really seen a barbie movie- the only memory i have of any is from when i was like three. my friend would always want to watch one, and i, being obsessed with dinosaurs, refused. but this is hilarious and i now kind of regret not watching barbie movies... well, BETTER LATE THAN NEVER-

@@saltysyd99 hmmm I really like twelve dancing princesses, or princess and the pauper. but if you're looking for more chaotic goodness, the newer ones are what I'd recommend: fairy secret, three musketeers, fashion fairytale :) Barbie was literally my entire childhood and I'm obsessed so I hope you enjoy lol
