Cool! I have a suggestion though: When one of you is speaking, could the other hum a tune? Not anything intrusive just enough to keep soundlevels constantly above where the microphone cuts out between words?

I figured out my upper back rounding issue on the deadlift! I widened my grip a few inches and now it's straight! Very happy with Deadlifts now.

Hey Jordan, I would suggest taking off the noise gate for that mic. Not sure if it's preset that way or what but it would make it sound a lot more natural with it off.

If you have to pee usually twice an hour but there's not much coming out and you're 24 (on an LP) , is that a cause for concern? Asking for a friend.

tendinopathy (quad and tricep) that wont go away... tried Doing LP from 10kg bar slowly increasing but each time after a while when shit gets just nearly challenging it flares up and im forced to restart a over again... should i be employing different methods like tempo training or eccentric onlys?what do you guys have clients do?

Very interesting podcast. The frustrating thing with needing "twice the protein" is that most ends up as fat.
