I agree that her sister looks great but no way does she look 20. Can clearly tell she’s over 30. Love Barbara though. So much valuable info

@Phantomyre it's a year old as Barbara says Abigail is 48 and she's 49 now. I agree that she looks good but I wouldn't say 20

Hi everyone, definitely could use some prayers. I have such a bad knee that I can barely walk. I've been taking some inflammatory pills but they don't seem to be working. I'm icing it rubbing ointment on it and it's absolutely awful. Is there something that I can do to help myself at home? I'll take all the advice. Thank you everyone. Have a blessed day

Hi Imogen. Sorry you’re unwell, I pray that your body heals swiftly. 🙏🏼 I deal with chronic migraines and neck stiffness. When I am inflamed and desperate, a 1 or 2 day water fast is incredibly helpful. I have also found that keeping my weight lower has helped me when I’ve had knee pain. Avoid seed oils and gluten if you can. Another thing I have been hearing about but have yet to try is castor oil blended with frankincense oil (aka boswellia). Slather that on the knee and wrap it with cotton. Read up on Boswellia, I believe it can be taken as a supplement too and it’s supposed to be very anti inflammatory. Hope you find relief 💓

if you have moringa leaves, make it a paste with a bit of salt and if possible a pinch of mustard. Apply it on the aching part . Leave it as long as possible. If at night you apply it and sleep , next morning you will see the inflammation has greatly reduced . Just tie with a cloth so that it won’t spill and make the bed dirty. Make it fresh every time you apply . Tender most leaves will be great and easy to grind… Also don’t take these pills for everything. it will only do damage
