@@jamecahwalker557 Go! If speaking in English is your weakness just like me, you'll really struggle esp during recits (law students term as regards recitations). In my law school, we aren't allowed to speak in vernacular unlike in this movie where you could see some reciting using Filipino. But, you could always utilize your other strengths. You see, law school is not all about recitations. Do good in your exams and you'll survive! Remember that the final test is the bar exams where your speaking ability doesn't really matter. At syemore wag na wag magki-quit kapag andun ka na, dasal ka lang. Kakayanin mo yan, future pañera!:)

Watching this as a 17 year old girl aspiring to take pre-law and enter a law school. I will watch this again once I have finally become a pre-law and law student. Sabi nila, kahit paulit ulit mo panoorin ang isang pelikula, kapag pinanood mo ito sa iba't ibang stage ng buhay mo, mag iiba ang pananaw mo. Hopefully, mapanood ko muli tong movie na 'to in the perspective of a law student. This movie means a lot to me, ang dami kong iniyak at natutunan. Definitely my favorite Filipino movie.

Why is no one talking about Kean Cipriano's character? His character showed us that it doesn't matter if our friends took different paths as long we're all growing individually, pursuing what we love, reaching our goals, at the end of the day, we got each other's back. And that there might be times that we feel left out because some of them are pursuing the same thing, we should not take it against them because we have our own lives to live. He inspired me to keep doing what I am doing even though my path is different from others. I like how lowkey his character is but at the same time, it teaches us to be understanding and to be objective towards our friends/loved ones.

As an aspiring CPA-Lawyer, I'm watching this just hours before my remedial exam in my major. College really took a toll on me, I'm burning out. Iba 'yung pagod sa college. I'm no longer the achiever student, just merely surviving. Naka-singko sa major, almost tres pero hindi umabot that's why magreremedial. I'll come back here as a CPA and lawyer soon. Remember that poverty must not be a hindrance to your dreams just keep on going. :) I've been there and I can say that it is so much fulfilling to overcome those challenges. But always remember, not to forget how to be happy even if you are in the middle of struggles / challenges.

I took the “Torran” route in law school. We were not as rich as chris. I wasnt struggling academically like Eric. Had a loving and supportive family like Torran’s. I was able to enjoy law school without any unnecessary burden, joined a meaningful frat, had my fair share of “fun”, took the bar exams this year and now waiting for my result. Law school is such a dream. Every class is a battle that I enjoyed preparing and studying for. Never I experienced doubting myself if I can finish it and see it through. Learning was fun, passing the subjects was fulfilling. I was claiming it since day one. And hopefully, i get that title on December.

I met my boyfriend in Law School, he was my seatmate since day 1. We were together for more than 5 years. I left school to focus on work. I still have one school year left. As for him, he graduated and failed the Bar on his first try. He was supposed to take it again last year. Tapos pag pumasa na siya, ako naman babalik sa school. Tatapusin ko sana. Unfortunately, life threw us a curveball. First, the pandemic hit and second, my boyfriend died in an accident. Ewan ko ba't napadpad ako dito. Pero nakita ko ang comments, kaya pasali na din. Babalik din ako dito, ewan ko kung kelan. Basta babalik ako dito and hopefully by that time, I've healed.

I felt the nostalgia when I was in college. Effective ang plotting and character lines, I feel that I'm there with them. Please make more movies! I first watched this when I was in Grade 12 studying ABM, I'm now a CPA and I still enjoy this movie so much!! Never gets old.

I am not a law student but when I watched this movie during pandemic, I promised myself to rewatch this after I passed the LEPT. I am here watching, now as an LPT who passed the board in 2022.

My first time watching this movie ay nasa admission process pa lang ako sa Graduate Program ng UP noong 2021. Ngayon, 3 years na rin ang lumipas, last sem ko na sa aking coursework at malapit-lapit na sa thesis writing. Maybe after 2-3 years? Hopefully maka graduate na. Kahit mabagal, ang importante umuusad! Maraming salamat sa masterpiece na ito! 🙏

A grade 11 humss student here! An aspiring lawyer as well. Watched this movie mainly because we have to create a critique paper but I enjoyed it a lot. Even cried because of how much I relate to the characters. I got emotional because I don't know if I'm competent enough to be a lawyer and also in fear of not passing the board exams in the future. I don't fear the bar exams, but I do fear that my parents' effort will go to waste. Yet, we wouldn't know if we wouldn't try right? So yeah, I hope to come back here as a lawyer na! Rhian, padayon! When the US was after the terrorists, a friend of mine informed me that there were so many terrorists in our schools . I asked him why the Americans were not taking those persons and be investigated. . He looked so serious, it really surprised me at all, I was meant to believed him but then I realized later. he was referring to those TERROR teachers/college professors in the school. I laughed a lot. After graduation, I reviewed and took the CE and JrGE board exams and both passed. My friend failed in our subjects. He became an irregular student. Few years later, we met and came to know that he passed the CE board exams after graduating the BSCE course. Presently, He is now employed and holds a managerial position in one of the agencies here in our region. So, success always come at last.

Feel na feel ko yung story in Eric, Mahirap lang din ang buhay and Security Guard din si Papa. Lagi akong natatakot to go outside my comfort zone and always nag ooverthink kung ano mangyayari sakin after I graduated college but one thing I'm sure about everything that I do... I do it for my family. Can't wait to give them the life that they deserve. Sooner or later I became a successful business man🙏

i just watched this movie literally before my freshmen year in college, napanghihinaan ako ng loob dahil sa pressure na nararamdaman ko since i got admitted into one of the most prestigious university here in the country. But after watching this, nawala lahat ng negativity and panghihina ng loob ko. The lesson that i learned from this is, No matter how hard the life and the situation is, you must continue and believe to the people surrounding us. the line "If you want to succeed, you sacrifice" hit me to the bone. i'll be back in this comment section once i graduated from my college years. Padayon!

Damn. Ang ganda! I really need this movie. Surely, babalikan ko ulit to sa mga panahong nakakawala ng pag-asa. Start na ng review for the boards, and most of the time talaga, it will take a toll on you. Pero pahinga lang tas bawi ulit. Pag ganap na beterinaryo na ako, balikan ko din to. Hopefully, next year. PADAYON!

As a high school student who is aspiring to be a pilot. Mas lalo akong na inspire dahil sa movie na ito na mag aral ng mabuti para matupad ko ang pangarap ko. Yes alam kong mahal ang tuition sa pag pipiloto, but hindi ito yung magiging hadlang para sukuan ko ang pangarap ko."You want to succeed? you sacrifice" this line really inspires me to study well. Rewatching this for the 5th time and yet I would say that its still one of the best filipino indie movie out there. A must watch indeed! I'll definitely come back here when I become a lawyer

3x ko na to inuumpisahan panoodin and in he middle iniistop ko na kz akala ko boring and just a waste of time, ngaun ko Lang xa napanood ng buo and it's worth it. I love the story, very inspiring... ❤️❤️❤️

Eto yung mga pelikula na papanoorin mo ‘pag nawawalan ka nang gana sa pag-aaral o ‘di kaya gusto mo na sumuko dahil sa mga hirap na dinadanas mo. Salamat sa pag post nito. Matagal ko na ‘tong gustong panoorin pero hindi ako makakita ng kopya. Tamang-tama pala ang pag-post nito ngayon na nawawalan ako nang gana gumawa ng thesis ko. Sabi nga sa pelikula, “Nandyan ka na, ngayon ka pa ba susuko?” Kaya laban kapwa kong mga estudyante! Nawa ay marami pa ang makanood nito. *Edit (December 2021) Natapos ko na thesis ko!!! Currently preparing for boards. Also, pangatlo o pang-apat ko na ata na nood ng bar boys. Still good and inspiring :) *Edit (May 2022) Nakapasa na ako ng boards! Pahinga muna tapos work naman next. :)

Enzo's character was same as mine. There was this point that I almost ended my life. I studied hard, consistent officer, have honors, graduated with flying colors. Kaya ang sakit lang kapag sinabing "Honors lang yan." That's the only way my Mom could appreciate me. I am an Accountancy student at every pindot sa calculator counts how many nights I cried for her attention.

Last year around November I failed my math exam and had to repeat the course again this year, and this movie inspires me to keep on going and fight lang! As long as my chance na natitira! Now my goal is to be TOP of my class!! I will comeback to this comment of mine, after my graduation day:))))

Now, I am a 15 year old little girl studying in Jhs and just dreaming of becoming a lawyer. Maybe one day, I'll come back again to this movie, in this same comment section, but as something I've always wanted. Sana, pagdating ng araw, pabalik ko dito, Isa na akong ganap na abogado na pumoprotekta sa mga tao.

I'm now on grade 11, senior high school. I'm planning to take up law after I take up accounting in college. To be honest, hindi ako masyadong magaling. Hindi ako magaling sa memorization nor sa mathematics, may kaalaman ako sa pag iingles pero surface knowledge lang yon. I'm a late bloomer, so to speak. Lagi akong top 4 and best reader pa noong kinder but eventually I lost interest in studies. Pero nung nagka-pandemic, ang dami kong narealize nang panoorin ko ito. I started to study hard and last year lang I graduated junior high with flying colors, nakasama ako sa honor lists with gen average of 93 (from grade 9 to 10). Ngayong first sem, nagawa kong sumali sa top 5. Looking back, this movie helped me in a lot of ways and motivated me to do better. Kaya sa nagbabasa nito, laban lang po para sa pangarap! Kaya natin to, with God, for God, through God!

Grabe, dumadaan lang tong movie nato sa recommendations ko and today I finally had the chance to watch it. Pinaka tumatak sakin yung sinabi ni Prof na "whenever you say I quit you just ask for help, and it takes strength to ask for help". Saludo ako sa mga nagsusunog ng kilay para maabot yung mga pangarap nila or pangarap ng pamilya para sa kanila. As for me, I may not get my dreams today, kasi mas mahalaga na yung pangarap ng anak ko. Once he graduated college I can do whatever I want while enjoying the rest of my life. Padayon.

After 7 years, I will comeback here and say "I'm now a Licensed Civil Engineer". Mark my word

Watched this in the theater when I was 2nd year in law school. Now rewatching this movie as a lawyer. It’s as inspiring now as the first time I watched it. ❤

I'm a newly minted Registered Guidance Counselor last August 2023, take one, in spite of working in a call center, graveyard shift, for five years. Sobrang hirap tapusin ang MA in Guidance and Counseling, at review for Registered Guidance Counselor licensure exam dahil madalas tulog in the morning and afternoon. Buti gising na gising ako nung 2 days of board exam. Now heading to law school on a scholarship due to Latin honors in college💜 Laban lang nang laban💪

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT NA KO! THANK YOU, LORD! I CAME BACK HERE BECAUSE THIS IS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MOTIVATED ME. I actually kept saying "I'm a lion" during my review. 😂😂 I wish that you guys acquire your licenses in the future as well. 😄😄

Ang ganda ng Movie nato marami kang matututunan na mga Lesson, may time na panghihinaan kana ng loob pero fight lang ng fight hanggang sa mapunta na tayo sa Finish Line. ❤️❤️❤️

Watching this two weeks before I graduate in my bachelor's, before I start my first year in law school, and before I start a similar chapter with these guys. This movie taught me a lot about strength, friendship, and love; it turns out some of the essentials in the pursuit of law are not found in books. Hopefully, in my life, things turn out just as well (if not better). Padayon to us, future attys!

this movie is everything. watched this today while waiting to be enrolled for my cpale review, so i will definitely come back to this when i officially passed the exam (with that being said, my first take hopefully).

Watched this 4 years ago, during the 2nd day of COVID lockdown. That year, I was reviewing for my MD board exams, and it was the most challenging year yet. I’m coming back here 4 yrs after I last watched this, and now I’m a licensed MD, down on my 3rd month of senior residency 🥰 And this is still one of my favorite movies. Thank you for inspiring me 🫶🏼

After two years I will come back and say "I'm FINALLY an Architect" LAW OF ATTRACTION.
