जनसंख्या नियंत्रणकार्यक्रम एक अच्छा फैसला था परन्तु ऐसे फ़ैसले सोच-विचार करके लागू होने चाहिए थे सती प्रथा इसका उदाहरण है

Yes. He was fearless.Late Devi Lal was vindictive & ruthless.The then S.P. Bhiwani bowed before Devi Lal in following his orders on handcuffs also.Supreme Court judgement is clear( Justice Aiyer)Taking him in an open Jeep was no better than foot walking. Shameful incident.

Dharmender ji , ch.Bansi lal ji was arrested by DSP Randhir singh who was in Bhiwani at that time .Orders by DIG.Dharam singh were given to DSP Randhir Singh to put ch. BANSI LAL JI behind the jail in the police station of Bhiwani . DIG DHARAM singh was close to ch. DEVI LAL and had grouse against Ch.Bansi lal . But it was Ch.Randhir singh who offered his room to Bansi lal and did not put him behind Police station jail . Randhir Singh also took the courage not to walk ch. BANSI LAL TO the court which Devi lal wanted on the pretext that ch. BANSI LAL COULD DIE as he is not well and highly asthmatic. Later Ch. Bansi lal in 1979 - 80 appointed D S.P. RANDHIR singh as a member of Haryana subordinate selection Board for the favour granted to him in Bhiwani jail . This story Is in first hand information told to me by Ch.Randhir singh . If I may further eloberate DSP Rao Randhir singh asked DIG Dharam singh to give him in writing to put ch.Bansi lal in jail as he was afraid ch. BANSI lal may just collapse with shock. DIG DHARAM SINGH himself and Burecrats were very afraid of Ch Bansi lal to even face him and come and see him in jail .Although DIG DHARAM singh was just out side the Bhiwani police station but refused to come in on request of DSP Randhir singh . He simply said that I am passing you the orders of the C.M. So you handle it as the very Best . Ch. BANSI LAL requested DSP Randhir singh for the favour which he obliged immediately. He treated ch. BANSI LAL WITH COURTSEY and respect . Infact personally he had a great respect for the great Archietect and builder of Haryana as Ch Bansi Lal was so commonly called by .

emergancy proved very good for poor people there was discipline in govt. offices public grievances were heard and resolved so many plots were given to poor people even shops ans small legal thade means small shops agriculture land to sc st class jhuggi dwellers were resettled in 44 no. of jj colonies with all facilities scool dispensary park barat ghar water and electric connections so many govt. jobs family planning was very good campaign yet there may be some wrong by junior govt. staff only negative part is highlighted while positive side of this revolutionery programme is not considred in media suppose if this programme was not initiated at that time public would have not aware till date
