Bansi Lal Gem of Haryana was personally acquainted with me .While doing LL.B from Jullunder, in years around years 1952, he spent summer vacations in my brother's house in Shimla(than Simla).He was a God's man sent to Haryana.An epitome of high peak.Furthermore,I happened to travel with him in a man driven Riksha in Bhiwani where I had gone to admission in Textile Engineering.

During emergency, I was studying inC.R.A college Sonipat. & residing near SDM residence. Some Jain was SDM.He was wounded in Pipli episode. I have seen police take the people forcefully for family planning operation. Sh.Ram Narayan was DC in Sonepat. Police forcefully cut the big hairs &bellbottem. DC behaves like dictator.
