Thanks to this video and recommendation to use acv toner I no longer have rosacea. My skin used to be all red, rashy, scaly and just nasty. It would itch and be kind of scaly. It was awful, until I tried this girl's recommendation. I use this religiously in the morning and at night after washing my face with soap for sensitive skin and follow up with oil free moisturizer for sensitive skin. The transformation in just a few days is amazing. I've been using this for a little over a year and my skin is smooth and glowy like child's. A little goes a long way. I have my acv toner in a little spray bottle that I spritz onto a cotton pad to apply to my face. It worked a miracle for me and now I'm so happy. So, thank you so much for posting this!

It does work for your hair. If you have brittle dry hair it balances the ph of your hair and helps it to hold moisture better. I use it on my daughters hair twice, she is mixed and has very dry fragile hair and her hair has become so strong and healthy since I started doing this.

  • @PrivacyPlease900

In order to use it on your hair as well, try to only put a quarter of a cup to 4-5 cups of water. It won't smell, and you can still ronde after it. The purpose it to remove the residue of shampoo. I've been using in for many years, since I was a kid. For the hair only, you can use the regular/ clear vinegar as well.

Hi, thank you for your information regarding apple cider vinegar. I have used this vinegar in my hair to clean my scalp of any oil or other products that I use during the week and I love it. You mention the smell, will, my husband does not like the smell either. I usually put the acv in my hair on the week end, once a week, in the morning, this way I have time to myself. I am so pleased with results, my hair has a beautiful shine and it is very healthy.

I have not found that it helped at all. I had started to use it instead of conditioner as recommended. My hair still stinks horrid from yesterday's attempt, it and my ends were dry, brittle and keep getting tangled the way it does when I have gone days too far past washing my hair. I have very long, fine but normally soft hair. It was the worst thing I ever did and when I tried to comb my hair out after my shower I ripped hair out like crazy even trying to be careful. I only use a wide toothed comb and never a brush. I had to use some leave in conditioner. When I shower today I am going to have to condition my hair because its just awful now. The rest of my hair is still soft and has body but smells horrible.

Alysa Levy Fleisher when you use acv you're suppose to dilute it with water. Never use the acv just alone because it is very pungent, and rinse with cold water to prevent the smell from seeping into your scalp to alleviate the smell retention. It's great as a rinse before you wash/co-wash to minimize/remove product buildup. Please don't stop using it!! Enjoy!

  • @alysafleisher

    @alysafleisher

Ah, maybe that was it. I read a lot about it but never saw anyone mention diluting it. What ratio is normally used? I have very fine, thin and now very dry hair. I am struggling to find anything that works w/ my new dry hair and avoid dangerous chemicals. I went from very oily to very dry quickly. I have now found a new shampoo that seems good from Honest. Still looking for a conditioner Thanks.

1Tbsp to 1 cup is ideal, and you can adjust it as necessary depending on how many cups you may feel you need to thoroughly rinse your hair.... AND if you need a really good conditioner try mashed (and strained to remove the small fibers) avocado and honey. It works great on hair and skin!!!

Hi Alysa, I use the acv once every two weeks, before I shampoo my hair. After I shampoo the acv out only hair, I put a conditioner in for a few minutes and then when I raise everything out with cold water, I then apply a DEEP conditioner for a couple of hours, raise with cold water and I am good for two weeks. My hair is shoulder length, VERY thick and growing. I hope this info helps.

This is exciting, I hope the redness goes away, the painfulness and flaking is now completely gone and my skin is very soft but is still reddish. Any ideas on how to get rid of the red tone of my skin or is that from damage of using topical prescribed medicines for over 8 years?

Rose water (has to be pure and without alcohol!) will help you with that the very minute you use it. BeYoonique has a video on that too. Rose water has several benefits and it's been used since 5000 years back by the Egyptians. From personal experience, I can tell you that it slowly fades brown spots/sun spots/hyperpigmentation, acne scars and dark under eye circles. Just use it before bed religiously for a month. Dab it on to a cotton pad, swipe all across the face and dab on some extra seconds onto extra red areas. I also use it under makeup during the day (before moisturiser) because it has a slight sun factor (around SPF 5-10) I think. Ppl in very hot countries use it as an After Sun cooling aid, together with youghurt (also relieves redness). If you want, also try to find a natural face mask that contains rose. I use one that is called "Pink clay" or something. It contains kaolin, rose and aloe vera. I steam my face and then put it on immediately. Then wait 10 min and wash it off. It gave me a beautiful glow, very soft skin and much less redness. Let me know how you get on, good luck!

Tastes pretty gross and I was having trouble taking it. Figured things of opposite ends of the taste spectrum might cancel each other out, so I mixed a tablespoon of the vinegar with a tablespoon of lemon cordial (the really concentrated, sickly sweet stuff) and took it from a shotglass. Still tasted ass nasty, but got rid of that burning sensation the straight vinegar gives.

AVC and water is great for acid reflux. I keep a glass with as string a mixture as I can handle on my bed stand. Works great. Also regarding brushing your teeth, wait 30 minutes for the ACC to clear naturally otherwise you will be brushing and rubbing it in to your teeth at a higher concentration which is more savaging. You can also get AVC in capsule form from your health food store if you can lt handle drinking it.

It's also important to mention that since it is Alkaline or basic, it raises the ph in your blood and cures gout. Whenever I get a gout flare up in my foot, I drink this diluted with hot water and my gout quickly goes away by helping your kidneys pass uric acid from your blood. If you drink it daily it will help regulate your uric acid and counteract any purines from food that you eat.

I have been trying various ways to clear up and nourish my oily, acne-prone skin for decades. The BEST toner I've ever used is the one I make myself. I use 1 part organic apple cider vinegar and 2 parts witch hazel. Before mixing the two liquids, I put powdered herbs in the vinegar, soak it for a few days, and strain through fine mesh. Use 1/2 teaspoon each turmeric, white willow bark, and green tea. Keeps my skin clear and glowing!

I'm also a great fan of ACV, it helped a lot in clearing off my acne and acne scars, and also clearing off all my hair dandruff. I used to add a teaspoon in my glass of water, but it made me lose my appetite, and I found myself getting slimmer, so I stopped cuz am already too slim. All those wanting to lose weight, I'll advise u try it, it's so effective

Just dilute the apple cider vinegar with water, you don't need to use organic unprocessed ACV, it may work better but it's not completely necessary. Thanks for the vid! I learned about ACV a few days ago before I found this video and it has already done amazing things for my skin! My pimple was GONE within 2-4 hours! Forget those spot treatments from the store!! x

I have a great recipe for apple cider vinegar. I use one cup pink grapefruit juice, 2 teaspoons of organic Braggs apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey. I drink it before every meal and I noticed that if I drink it first thing in the morning it gets kind of a jump start. And this definitely makes it a lot easier to drink.... Cuz I really do not like the taste of it at all. Lol

I pit 2 tbs of acv, half cup of water, cinnamon and lemon.. It doesn't taste as bad and some of the cinnamon sinks to the bottom and that's the last thing you taste ... I started this last night and I took it this morning and about an hour after I ate, I had to go to the bathroom. I'm hoping that this will help.with my constipation and digestion.. we'll see...

I just finished drinking Bragg's Organic ACV Concord Grape-Acai flavor. Yeah, I thought it was good. Though, a 16 FL OZ bottle will last me all morning, as I don't drink it all at once. Probably better to just take a teaspoon of ACV and mix it with a little water and take it as a shot. Thanks for posting your video.
