I've started using this product for a couple of weeks and I started getting these bumps on my forehead even tho I double cleans in evenings when I have make up on. Idk what to do my skin was looking so geat ever since I started using this it got worse😭😭 please helpp

You're probably getting closed comedones, or CCs for short. The product is probably breaking you out.

If I'm not mistaken, almost all cleansing balms are not safe for fungal acne. However, this is a wash-off treatment, so you shouldn't worry too much because you're going to rinse it off later anyway 😊
Hi , So basically I have one of these but I don’t out make up on so could I use this as a normal face cleaner ? Or is it not good for that Thanks ~

Does it hurt your eyes when u cleansing your eye area especially mascara?

No, it doesn't irritate my eyes, but it does give me foggy view when I wash it with water (this is very common).
