Here they were invited to perform at the 2016 Busan One Asia festival at the last slot but Namjoon got injured and the organizers of the show canceled BTS's performance WITHOUT telling them or BigHit. But when the show was over and bangtan didn't show up on stage ARMYS refused to leave and BTS had to literally beg the staffs of the show to let them perform not caring about the coverage or that the show has ended because "Our fans are waiting. they will be disappointed ". So the organizers had to send BTS to perform and even thought they performed. It was not aired on TV, only other artists performance was aired. They also didn't clean the stage for BTS (not cleaning the stage before the performance can be very risky and lead to injury if there is water or slippery stuff or even confetti) and no proper lighting was provided for them (as you can see ) BTS SOLEMNLY PERFORMED FOR ARMY even without lights or whatsoever to used for their perofrmance. It was mere darkness when they were performing. No broadcastings, no camera rolls. no getting paid and no getting respect for them as an idol. But they still gave all their best for Army's who came and wait for them to perform. Also I just wanna thank all the Army's who came and wait for our boys on that day and giving all their best to scream on top of their lungs to support our boys. © Credit to the right owner

The fact that nowadays most idols don’t even attend award shows like MMA and MAMA because there’s no awards for them but BTS go and perform even when there’s no cameras broadcasting them or awards for them like they care more about the fans than awards or getting paid that just shows why they deserve their title today and how other idols care more about awards than their fans (or that’s just their company but no one knows so)

Why should they stress themselves out over a performance at an award show, when they can spend time relaxing as they deserve. EXO don't need to do a hundred performances for stans to keep coming back, we still love them just as much. But also negativity towards other groups is so pointless, they do as much as they are allowed/ want to do

Namjoon got injured at the last minute, so the organisers asked BTS to leave. But the Army's present there were adamant and forced the organisers to let BTS perform saying the wouldn't leave the stadium othervise. So, after the show was over, BTS were made perform only to the Army's there.

RIGHT? I just left a comment about this! something so strangely powerful about this song being performed on this night. jk's shirt. "I reject rejection." it's just so... prophetic almost. I can NOT bring myself to be invested in any other group anymore because bts' artistry is the best of the best and it's difficult to hype up mediocrity when you've had a taste of the best. even when I try to get into other groups, I feel disappointed and underwhelmed because their work doesn't feel as high quality as bangtan's lowest quality work. I know that sounds harsh, but that's just my own experience.

I was actually at this show and we were actually asked to leave but we were all confused since bts was supposed to perform but the staff didn't gave us any explanation. As far as I know, no armys left after the end of the broadcast we were all standing together confused but then after 10 minutes, things were getting wrapped up ㅠㅠㅠ and then bts came on stage ㅠㅠㅠㅠ while they were performing lights were getting turned off and some equipments were being wrapped up. Things in the video seems brighter but it was super dark ㅠㅠㅠㅠ as if cutting them off broadcast wasn't enough.. we can feel their sadness during this time so we cheered louder this day ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I saw some one said that other artists didn’t even attend the award shows these few years because they know they wouldn’t get the awards. That shows they didn’t even want to perform for their fans meanwhile BTS from their rookie days till now got award or not they never miss to perform for ARMY. That is why they are different. And look at them now the place they stand. No other group can surpass them. Who would have thought that this boy group would go global. Back then in their rookie days, they didn’t get good treatment from their own country tv program. And now everyone want them in their show. But still BTS never forgot where they came from and they attended every award shows.

As much as I know some companies and some award shows kinda have bad blood and some treated artists kinda bad.But they don’t let their artists attend any award shows ( There are many award shows that the company have no bad blood with) And the fans claim that bts got awards becuz they attend. This year or last year VMA I am not sure, bts got like 3-4 awards without attendance of course becuz of Pandemic but still they don’t physically attended but still they got what they deserve and some still said becuz of the attendance. During this time, they’d already become quite popular domestically and internationally and Army fandom has established in moderate size, but they were still treated like this. Imagine how they were treated back in the rookie days. That’s why Army are super protective of the boys. The prejudice, the hate never stop, but army and bts are so huge now so we fear nothing.

This performance is totally a bittersweet. The fact that they still perform. It must be so hard without RM. But they did it for us, Armys. I Stan the right group.

My god look at Jimin. You can tell my guy had a good nights rest before this one. The energy, the snappy moves. Remarkable. Deff top 10 dancers in the industry

When the show was finished, the lights were also turned off, Bangtan appeared and went up on stage to sing 3 songs. Save Me, Dope, and Fire for ARMY, so as not to disappoint the fans who have come to the event . Even though at that time there were many confetti scattered on the floor, but Bangtan continued to perform wholeheartedly. The OP said he cried seeing that and felt even sadder when he saw Bangtan working very hard, even though the event was over. Bangtan was cut from the event line-up without official explanation and they perform when the show is over just for the sake of the Army. That's why this Bangtan performance can only be seen in Fancam.

somehow i really like that they dont wear stage outfits, i know its because they werent suppost to perform but it just gives a total different vibe than normal performances when they got all the confetti, stage outifts and makeup. It seems just like this performance was only for armys and nobody cared about standards that are nomally in a kpop performance. seeing them giving their best with nothing makes me feel like we are really a big family that can do anything without doupting it and just be happy with anything there is.

Agree, very well said way back how they treated our Bangtan Boys make us sad, angry and frustrated. Thank you to all the army back then. They fought for the right of our Bangtan Boys to perform that night. Beacuse of that experienced Bangtan Boys made even more eager, stronger and they work hard to prove their value and talents to everybody. And now they proven their worth and nobody can bring them down. @@hafsanaseem2807 so far I know in this video namjoon was fractured he couldnt perform. all the armies were suppose to leave the stadium and return back. bts didnt even get paid for this concert but they still performed for armies. none of the media recorded the performance...

My heart is breaking for them for what happened here but look at them how kind hearted and loving to their fans and now see how far they've become. One of the reasons we live them so much and forever be BTS Army.

I just love how ARMYs screaming their names out supporting bts even they were cut out on the broadcast. The professionalism of BTS is beyond words the fact that they still perform for their fans. That's why their fans are gonna protect them no matter what bc of this kind of industry.

The moment I saw hobi’s smile i cried....They still make the stage on firee... i really think korea treated bts wrong when they were not that famous..... bts don’t need shows the shows need them... just my opinion PEACE.they are already happy with just armys love and support those little things makes me love them more...

Actually I think BTS were famous back then, they weren’t rookies and had a pretty big fandom. It’s just because they were from BigHit, they treated them badly and gave no care to them. Even when they started getting recognition in America, Korea still didn’t treat them well. I could be wrong but this is what I’ve heard from a lot of armys.

This is the time that they perform even theres no broadcasting, no camera roll and no props or production props. And the worst they were late informed that thier part was canceled because of the absence of joon because of unfortunate accident, but still they dont want to disappoint the Army's who attends that show.

the fact that hobi puts on a smile really warms my heart, i know that they we’re sad and disappointed while performing this. bc they got mistreated so bad just bc namjoon got an injury, is really baffling to me. hobi deserves so much more

Jungkook shirt says it all. Even after so many years i keep coming back to this video. This is the proof of how they were mistreated back then. I don’t give two fvcks abt other companies fandoms shows simply because i only stan these seven hardworking young men who have broken every glass ceiling to reach where they are with true loyalty and dedication towards their artistry and fans. Thats because they "talk" with the fans since debut. If u talk with someone, you and him will have a strong relationship. Cause you keep the communication. Thats what bangtan did from the beginning. Good music? Good performance? Good costumes? Good jokes? Other idol also did it. But build a strong relationship with fans? .... Bangtan did it.
