Have you ever tried kacchi? I have tried authentic haydrabadi biryani it dosen't even come closer to the level of traditional Dhakaiya Kacchi. Worlds best biryani for sure. @@sasmalprasanjit2764

We don't use Milk Powder. Our chef who is well known in the Old Dhaka community and many, always uses liquid milk. Even at home we use pure Milk. And our chef Hazi Fazlur Rehman uses only Saffron in Biryani. Because, saffron has it's own flavor. And yes, we also don't use aloo. Just meat, fresh masala, dry fruits & saffron.

that round samosa is actually called 'Shingara' which has potato staffing inside it. In Bangladesh samosas are also popular which are triangular shaped and contains onion and some other staffing.

This is not raita, in India its called Ghol in Calcutta it's usually served with wedding Biryani. It made with dahi black pepper zeera rock salt touch of garlic and powdered mint.

Sorry to say Raita and Borhani r not same at all....Raita is a sauce where Borhani is a royal rich drink....and again in Bangladesh what you call moofali we call it China Badam or peanut... What you call kaju we call it kaju badam...what you call pesta we call it pesta badam.. What you call almond we call it kath badam....we call all of them badam but they have specific names..
