Hyderabad Ki Shadi Ka Khana is always a huge wedding food in which 800 kilos Mutton, 400 Kilos Chicken and 200 Kilos fish was cooked.
Experienced Hyderabadi chef cooked a large number of traditional Hyderabadi dishes and obviously the first and foremost is always Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and other like Malai Paya, Hyderabadi Mutton Nihari, Hyderabadi Mutton Leg Roast and many different starters as well.

we have a catering business here in Karachi for more than 40 years. i have been seeing these preparations since my childhood loved to see too many similarities and many differences loved every bit of it. There's one thing which is the most common in both Countries is our habit of wasting food. unfortunately after every wedding we waste food which can be eaten by 100's of people. May Allah give Hidaya to all of us.

Yes, wasting of food is common among all nation including all islamic nations. We can make aware people . Before seating on eating tables. By announcing in mikes. By pesting instruction notes on eating tables. Somehow, it should be controlled. I have seen the waste food . Hundreds of people or poors could have eaten. But it is dumped off into dust bin .
