Megalopoli tra le più popolose del pianeta, Dacca ha un fascino decadente che riesce a stregare chi decide di scavare nella sua anima: i pittoreschi bazar di città, come pure il trafficato Buriganga, il fiume che la divide dai suoi cantieri navali, offrono uno spaccato di genuina quotidianità difficilmente osservabile in aree invece investite dall’ormai cosiddetto “turismo di massa”. Questo filmato vuol essere semplicemente un’introduzione a questa città (e non una guida esauriente ai suoi innumerevoli luoghi simbolo), che merita sicuramente di essere visitata a più riprese, quel che auguro a me stesso! One of the most populous megacities on the planet, Dakha has a decadent charm that manages to bewitch those who decide to delve into its soul: the picturesque city bazaars, as well as the busy Buriganga, the river that divides it from its shipyards, offer a glimpse of genuine everyday life that is difficult to observe in areas instead affected by the now so-called "mass tourism". This video is simply intended to be an introduction to this city (and not an exhaustive guide to its countless symbolic places), which certainly deserves to be visited several times, which is what I wish for myself!
