Imported booze in Thailand is very expensive, even in a duty-free shop which is basically monopolized by King Power at this airport. You may very well get the same stuff at home for a lower price, depending on where you live. For imported booze in Asia, Japan has great prices.

Were there shops of cameras I am just going to visit newzealand n bankok is my one stop destination of my flight so can I buy ? DSLR there I think they would be cheap there because of duty free and they are mostly made in Thailand

Depends which liquor / perfume you are looking to buy. But in general ive noticed the prices of DDF have increased offlate. I would suggest better to buy from BKK airport, much cheaper.

I am going to Bangkok for new year from Chennai. Which one is better place to buy, Bangkok duty free or Chennai duty free? Please suggest.
